outrageously expensive for the room. motel was very old and outdated. be sure to check out the rates. they charge according to availability, can be anywhere from $65 a night and we had to pay $277 because everything else was full. it felt like a rip off.

Awful experience, rude and abusive owner, poorly maintained property. I should receive a refund.

I did not stay. I finally found a room elsewhere. The whole experience was traumatic. Some people should not run hotels/inns.

Just what we needed, a nice clean place to sleep at a very fair price.

The room was spotless! Very clean! I’ve stayed at much larger, newer, and more expensive hotels and been disgusted with the cleanliness of the rooms! This motel is older and smaller but impeccably clean and I’ll take clean any day over newer, bigger but dirty! The people who own/run the motel were kind and helpful. The continental breakfast was a thoughtful touch. The location was perfect for visiting any or all of the 4 colleges in the area. The room price was very fair and their cancellation policy was fantastic by allowing up until 2 days before night of stay to cancel without any payment being charged. I’ve recently been burned a few times by others policies of taking 1/2 the fee up front and making it non refundable after 48 hours even when booking is 2 months out in advance

We enjoyed our stay very much and if we're in the area again we will definitely book there.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. They provided free parking and wifi. Motel is located near stores.

The room was a little small, tight fit when you walk in the door.(could be the way it was laid out). Coffee maker in the room would've been nice.

More than expected for rate. Clean and really friendly owners.

GREAT stay for the rate. Walls a bit thin, noisy in morning, but quiet area at night. Very clean room and bathroom. Very friendly owners. Very accommodating.

No hair conditioner, nicer soap would be appreciated.

Best place so far on my trip to stay.

Loved ever bit of this place. Such a small quaint Inn just what I was looking for on my trip. You will not be disappointed with your stay here. If I'm up this way again this is where I will definitely stay.

The bed was a little to soft for me but not all bed are the same.
