We probably won’t come back but the staff was great and it was a very clean hotel!

I like that it was right on Michigan Ave and close to all the stores. We came specifically to shop and the location made it super convenient.

We’ve stayed in Chicago dozens of times over the last 3 years as it is our favorite city. We always stay at a different hotel and they are always right in the heart of Chicago, surrounded by traffic and night life. I am not sure why but we could not get away from the noise the entire weekend we were here. We could here every siren, honk, pretty sure we could hear peoples conversations on the side walk,, mind you we were on the 29th floor! The hotel itself was great and so was the location but the noise was just too much. 😭

Too pricey for what you get.

The location was great. Close to everything. Very easy to get to the train, bus stops or shopping. Lots of options for food close by as well.

The beds are extremely hard, and pillows were way too soft. The entrance for the valet parking is not well marked and hard to find. The concierges was less than friendly. For the price I paid, I should have gotten a top floor suite! Extremely over priced!

Nice big window, comfortable beds

Bathroom—configured oddly—towels at opposite end of shower. Auto door didn’t work well. No fan in bathroom. Small room. No lake view.

Wifi is only free for members. Hot water stopped at some point.

All in all the stay was ok. The rooms need a little care and repainting.

We were there to visit the Italian Consulate. The hotel was very close and made walking to our appointments possible.

Friendlier staff at the hotel check in. I asked to speak to the Manager and was told the person I was speaking to was the manager. I tried to get help with my reservation by phone and was dealt with very rudely.

It was fun even although I was sick with the flu

Location , additionally, the hotel has the best room cleaning staff of all the Marriott Hotels I’ve been in, and believe me I have been using Marriott for More than 12 years. My congratulations 🎉 to the housekeeping room cleaning staff.

Very poor. I love the location, but that’s not enough to get me back there.

Location! And one staff person, Devin, at check-in, was super-friendly, efficient and helpful!

Most of the staff were unresponsive and kind of haughty. Maybe they were understaffed, but that’s no excuse. I spent thousands on two rooms three days. No housekeeping. Bartender pretty much ignored me and my daughter. Waited two + hours for my car, and the valet stand guy wasn’t mean, but he refused to talk to any of us about the situation. I’m surprised there wasn’t a riot. Thanks to Marriott, I got home and missed getting to see my grandson. I don’t know how to make up for that. Shame on you, Marriott!

Wir bekamen ein Zimmer in der 24 Etage mit Top Ausblick auf die Stadt Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag von ganz lieben Damen gereinigt Das Hotel liegt super Zentral in der Stadt

Zimmer sind schon in die Jahre gekommen

The carpet in the room was gross, stained and soiled I don’t understand why carpet is used in hotel rooms anyway The bed was lumpy and not very comfortable

Location!! Close to everything, with great walking distance. Great city view from our high floor.

Have stayed at Marriott hotels many times but this time a bit disappointed. Rooms & bathrooms very small. Parking was a mess and very expensive here.

Location was fantastic. Hotel was one of the Cleaner Marriotts we have stayed at. Excellent customer service, room was decent. Not a lot of extras provided such as toiletries etc but not expecting that from this chain of hotels.
