Family event

Perfect location to stay for the family event.

The pool was closed for maintenance for two days which we were not informed about and a reason for picking the hotel. Room not cleaned when requested. Promised a free night which never materialised and very difficult to chase now back in UK.

I will not recommend Hyatt to anyone .

It was very convenient to the event venue .

There were people from all over the world and there was nothing open for food and there was no microwave in the rooms . The water pressure in the showers was like taking a piss . They said restaurants were none to see a coffee bar closed . This is 2i in the afternoon . I felt so sorry for the people the hotel. Holiday inn had better amenities .

Amazing.

Beautiful interior, exactly what you expect for a great price and wonderful city views.

The bar and restaurant areas had a great atmosphere. Close to my activities and wonderful views from my room.

Awful and unwelcomed. Had a good time at the concert.

Location to the arena.

They took my bags from my room and changed the card key so I had to go back and forth to get into my room. I will never recommend this hotel.

Disappointing

Dirty and very noisy. Crack in shower tray, shower doors wouldn’t close, foyer and entry were dirty with trash around. Expect more from a Hyatt.

Moderately enjoyable stay

The view from the 24th floor was great. Room was clean. Tons of outlets for charging and lots of lighting. The beds were comfortable.

The noise. The elevator ding was extremely loud and woke me a few times when the elevator came up. The AC made a huge chunk noise when it stopped and started. The shower head was eye level with me, meaning I had to bend to wash my head, I'm 5'8". Whomever they booked above me moved chairs around a ton and that was obnoxious. Finally, the cleaning staff just walked in my room on the second day. No knock or anything.

The location was good.

The room was quite dark even with lights on. Because there was door between mine and the room next door, I could hear the other guest an awful lot, especially when they put the TV on at 6 in the morning. One of the day there was no cleaning.

Good hotel if you’re in downtown Rochester.

No breakfast unfortunately, convenient parking garage.

Room was on 8th floor. Lots of outside street traffic noises.

room and view were nice, location was good

we picked this hotel for the pool and it was closed, we were not told this until we discovered ourselves. No coffee cups in the room, very few towels.

we won’t ever stay here again

beds were comfortable & it was close to where we needed to be for our daughters dance competition

we arrived 10 mins before check in & were made to wait since it wasn’t check in ( I mean really ? mins before 3 pm ) . Their pool wasn’t open at all & no one at check in told us , the bar tender at the restaurant bar was rude and their elevators to the parking garage smelled like marijuana .

I stay here two to three times a year. The last two times I asked for wake up call to catch my plane out. Both times no call. This last time I even made the request at the front desk. I was assured the wake up call was correct. Front staff needs a lesson in customer care as been the case every time I stay here.

Way over priced. No hot water til afternoon. Disappointed

Food was adequate. Decent quality.

The service. For Friday night dinner, never got asked how everything was. No coffee or water refills. On Saturday, unable to get coffee after 5 p.m. when Starbucks was closed. We were told to go to the vendors in the ballroom area but they were closed.

front desk staff during checkin was not very nice. made us feel not welcome. initially told us he couldn’t give us the king bed we booked, before another staff member stepped in and confirmed we would get the room. the whole checkin experience left a sour taste to what otherwise would have been a 10/10 stay.

Never again.

Near the attractions, parking available within hotel nearby, starbucks and restaurant on site. Water, tea and coffee are provided.

1. Cleanliness/Old outdated furnitures and bathroom. Bathroom tiles especially the tub has visible molds on the sides. Windows are dirty and sidings has visible molds as well. Health hazard!!! Bathroom has no ventilation you can suffocate by showering inside definitely our stay is a health safety concern. 2. No towels!! 1 towel for 3 guests?? I have to request on our check in. 3rd. Overcharge w/o informing the occupants! We booked it a month or even longer, requested for early check in, we checked in w/o front desk telling us we were charge additional $50!! plus so many extra hidden charges. Totaling almost $400 for 2 nights! I booked early to save it was just almost $300. We paid at check out $400!! and they're lying by telling us we were informed. Wouldn't even asked if we were. Nobody even checks if we needed anything the fact that we stayed their more than 1 night, simple as if we need new towels or what. The Lobby is nice but room definitely is poor.
