The pool and the accessibility to the airport

The staff was not friendly and pretty rude. The bathroom drain in the tub was stopped up. The decor is outdated No air conditioning in the hallway

I very much enjoyed my stay at SONESTA ES suites

The breakfast was alright but thesame breakfast for 32 days was a bit too much

Terrible, would not recommend

Nothing, we checked out after the first night, we would t have even stayed the one night if we were able to book rooms at a different hotel that night.

The property smelled like cigarettes and weed, when we arrived, there were cops on the property dealing with some incident that had taken place. It did not feel safe staying at the property with a baby. The rooms were not very clean. The pull out couch bed was in a terrible state

Great location for what I needed as part of

I liked the apartment overall; we had all the amenities we needed. The first night, we were put in an apartment without a working AC, but after we reported the issue, we were moved to another apartment. Additionally, we were granted a late checkout for no extra cost. We liked the breakfast as well as the seating area. The gym was decent - we used the treadmills on two separate days.

The only issue I had was that our building and apartment smelled strongly of cigarettes and marijuana. The room was cleaned and our carpet was thoroughly sprayed but the smell was still overpowering. We did also experience people starting their cars early in the morning and letting the car idle in order to start it. I know people need to get to work, but this was excessively loud and lasted about 30 minutes each morning around 6:30am.

OK.....

Very nice hotel but our first room was very dirty and had dog hair in the bed so they moved us to a much better cleaner room.......the firepit wasn't working and the breakfast selection was limited but the staff was very friendly and polite.

Clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast.

We arrived late due to weather and flight connection problem at 0230. The hotel did not know of our booking.com booking which delayed sleep by another half an hour.

The property was clean and the staff was nice

We did not feel safe. The main doors to building A does not lock so anyone can come in there off the streets. Some of the guest look very sketchy. The halls smells like cigarettes and marijuana. There was no hot water only lukewarm. We complained and the maintenance man did his best to fix it. He said since it was a handicap accessible room the water temperature could not be turned to hot

Reasonable and fair accommodations near the airport.

The size of the room and the availability of the small kitchen was a plus.

The room we stayed in had Cobb webs in the corners near the ceiling. It was very dark in the room-decor.

Not great but not horrible.

It was close to Baltimore.

The hall ways were filled with pot smoke in building B. The pool was closed at 7pm daily and even closed at 5:15 one day for no reason. Ice maker and tv did not work.

Quiet, Comfortable, and lovely area.

Location was great. Walkable to restaurants and Seven11. Shuttle driver was amazing. Very friendly and willing to drive you anywhere at their discretion. The receptionist was very welcoming and accomodating. Nothing was too much for her. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location is great. It takes just a few minutes to get to the BWI airport. The suite was very spacious with a nice kitchenette.

Extremely dirty and do not recommend.

The location was conveniently located to BWI airport and restaurants.

This was the most disgusting hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The sink was completely clogged, the door to our room was broken, there was what appeared to be feces around the bathroom light switch, food on curtains, and the refrigerator made loud noises keeping us up all night long.

I overall was not happy with my stay. First impressions mean everything to me and the LACK of customer service was horri

The convenience of the location. I also love the kitchenette option.

The glass shower door would not stay closed so water kept comity the shower. the fan in the bathroom was leaking brown liquid. The bathroom wasn’t really clean. I had to clean once in the room. Oh and all the door to get in the building do not work. some don’t even lock. what is the point in having a key for entry when just anyone can walk in the buildings

Overall it was great stay!!!

Lauriane A & Nutan really bring sunshine to this establishment! They were very Professional and Attentive to my needs and provided me a quality customer service that I haven’t experienced in this area in quite some time.

The side entrance to the B Building was broke, wasn’t locking, & slamming when it closed on its own. I received a few early morning calls from the front desk after leaving a do not disturb message on the door and with the front desk the night before.

overall experience was a 8 out of 10.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Quite location. Staff are friendly.

Not a lot of breakfast choices and breakfast meats doesn’t seem to be provided. The queen bed is more like a full size bed. The sitting table in the suite was wobbly. had a distinct smell of marijuana coming through the vents of the room.

Convenient, but needs better airport transportation

The room was well-appointed but could use some sprucing up. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good.

Our flight got canceled, and we chose this hotel because it was close, had a good price, breakfast, and provided a free shuttle to and from the airport. The problem was we could not get through to the front desk to have the shuttle pick us up from the airport. We tried for forty-five minutes and called a Lyft out of frustration. We were never able to speak with the front desk. Later we found out the shuttle driver had called out sick, and the only person who could pick us up was the lone front desk clerk, who was busy dealing with guest needs and couldn't leave. On the way back to the airport the next day. We had to leave the hotel earlier than we needed to because the shuttle driver would be on his lunch break during the appropriate time for us to leave. Other than the transportation issues, and frustration with trying to reach the front desk directly. The room and breakfast were good, and the staff we dealt with were exceptional.
