We would stay here again!

Clean and comfortable. Attentive staff

Back slider door to balcony was broken, but facilities immediately came and got it to open. Spa seemed a little murky the evening we got there but next morning much clearer.

Das Zimmer, das Bett, das Frühstück. Es war sauber, es hat gut gerochen. Alles super!

Der Pool war leider dreckig und Müll war im Pool. Daher konnten wir den leider nicht benutzen.

It was okay especially for the price and convenient to most attractions.

The location is great, close to freeways, 15 minutes to living desert zoo, walking distance to Applebees, close driving to other food choices, friendly staff, and they carry Hagen Das ice cream when in stock.

The beds were super uncomfortable, the sofa was uncomfortable, and the pull out bed mattress was really dirty and the carpet was sticky so you need to always wear socks.

Won't go back.

I booked a king size bed and when we arrived they didn't have one reserved for us, so we had to have double beds. Then the manager said it didn't include breakfast, which the booking did. The rooms are not soundproofed, so the early morning traffic was loud.

Would not stay here again. The Hampton In down the street was 100x better. New and clean and free breakfast.

Convenient and very plesant, if overpriced

Breakfast was pretty good, but understaffed. Pool was clean and temperature was perfect. Our room had balcony facing the pool which was nice compared to the room with no balcony facing south was dark and windows filthy.

Great place to stay short term and close to acrisure arena

The lovely lady at checkin was absolutely wonderful. There was coffee, drinks and snacks available in reception which was nice. The room size was great!! Location to the acrisure arena was good. The pool was lovely.

Okay Stay at the Palm Desert Courtyard

The Palm Desert Courtyard is very similar to other Courtyard properties - nice lobby, nice rooms. My only issue is the breakfast. We elected to have the breakfast included, and it wasn't clear what was actually included at their breakfast counter. One attendant told us the juice was included and the next day another attendant told us that it was not included. I think it would be nice if the Courtyard offered a breakfast buffet like other hotels similar to The Courtyard.

very pleasant and comfortable. beautiful pool with warm water.quiet surroundings and helpful staff.

Beds were very comfortable and the pillows soft and plentiful. We had a quiet top floor corner room which was perfect for our week long stay. The room was laid out well with lots of outlets. TV gets Netflix so we were happy. The pool is kept warm enough to be always inviting for a dip. The hot tub is a good size. Pool and Hot Tub hours from 7-9 so available most of the time. Breakfast was very good once you go through the individual ordering process. There is an Applebee's next door and we ate there several times for convenience.

There is no microwave in the room but there is a fridge. The tap water was not tasty did not use the in room coffee maker, so we went to the lobby to get our wake up coffee each morning. The made to order bistro breakfast is covered by your room rate if you choose the option, otherwise the bistro is expensive. You wait in line to order your breakfast and a Starbuck's drink or juice (we opted for the lobby coffee and ordered juice instead). At times the line can take 15 minutes before you get to order, and about 5 minutes until the lovely lady carries out your breakfast to your table.

Gutes Hotel, aber für Mariot Verhältnisse fehlt das gute Frühstück

Tolle moderne und große Zimmer. Alles sauber und freundliches Personal.

Frühstück besteht aus einer Starbucks Bestellung - ein Getränk und Bagel oder Eispeise. Somit nur eine kleine Auswahl und sehr limitiert. Kaffee sehr wenig, Speisen schmeckten jedoch gut.

Extremely Excellent!!!

The Chef was excellent BEST Chicken Sandwich I have ever had!!! Excellent Server friendly extremely helpful !!! I was so tired and Service was so Quick. Thank you so very much, very kind young Gentlemen !!!

Great hotel, but please add more lighting in the rooms!

The staff is helpful, the ADA room is great, and the location is perfect.

I like staying at this property. I’ve stayed there twice now. However, there is no overhead light or light by the tv so the room is very dark.

Absolutely wonderful, quiet and very clean

This may be our only disappointment. We thought breakfast was included. Once we arrived we were made away it was not. Everything else was lovely ❣️
