Enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard Oakland airport.

We booked elsewhere and had to make a last minute switch due to no heating/ac or shuttle at original hotel. We arrived at the Courtyard and were warmly greeted. Offered shuttle to return from rental car drop off and again to airport in the morning. The property felt safe and the beds were great. Free coffee in lobby early in the am.

Price could have been cheaper - but oh well.

Completo relax a pochi minuti dall’aeroporto di Oakland

Sicuramente la posizione, a pochi minuti di auto dall’aeroporto di Oakland ma altrettanto comoda per raggiungere l’aeroporto di San Francisco 35/40min. Camere belle e spaziose, al suo interno un comodissimo bistrò. Ottima zona esterna nella parte posteriore della struttura con poltrone, divanetti ed hna comodissima piscina.

Clean. comfortable and convenient.

Clean, comfortable and well appointed and furnished room and communal lobby area. On site restaurant was reasonably priced and "pub style" food was fine.

Parking was limited and was difficult finding a space upon returning to hotel following concert. Took a while until hotel parking/security employee could resolve the situation.

I placed an order in the Bistro at 7:48 pm. I walked up to the counter at 8:48 and my order still wasn’t ready. My order was simple — I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup.

Thanks for an uneventful easy stay at your hotel. Sometime that all one wants.

The food was covenant and good. The amenities/options available to me made my stay comfortable. Food, Bar, Pool, sitting area/meeting areas.

Expensive market and Bistro. Bistro is ok, but the market is super overpriced. We bought a sleeve of oreos and one normal 12oz water bottle. The total was $12!!!!!

Clean room, beautiful interior as well as lots of great seating areas in lobby & activities outdoors

We only ate dinner at the Bistro, it was delicious and fairly priced. The cook did an excellent job! The room was very clean and nice appearance, liked the big window with a huge tree

checking in took an awful long time, both clerks had a customer each, Possibly due to the customers being slow or their systems (computers etc. ) were to slow or not updated?

The rooms were really clean, beds were very comfortable, I'm pregnant and I seen on the menu they had tot nachos(yum) I make the order and they tells me there not tots or fries and there's not gonna have them for the morning breakfast, completely devested, I say ok. The next morning I go to get a coffee and ask the lady helping me what happened with the tots and fries, I explained to her what happened the night before and she explained they do have them, she's not sure why i was told that and comp my meal for the inconvenience. So appreciative, and I will definitely be returning when I come back to Oakland

Loudest hotel on planet Earth. Lovely staff. Would NOT stay here again.

it was a 4 minute Uber ride to and from the Oakland airport. and only around a 10 minute or less drive to Oakland arena. staff was very very friendly. Great water pressure. Nice lobby.

This is the loudest hotel room/stay I’ve ever had. The train was right outside the window and it felt like we were ON the tracks. The street noise was also ridiculously loud. the walls are paper thin. The room next to ours was loud and we could hear every word they screamed. and they smoked pot so we had to open the window to air out our room which meant more noise.

Great for people who want a convenient location to OAK airport!

Quiet room areas, and really liked the complimentary Lyft transfers to/from airport. This alone will make me stay at the Courtyard for any of my future visits to the Bay Area!!

close to airport, the gym was ok.

From the moment we stepped out of our car, we smelled weed and it was very strong. all throughout the hallways, and balcony it’s all you could smell. at times, I felt light headed it was so strong. Luckily the room didn’t smell, but because of this, we wouldn’t stay here again.

Lyft from the airport was nice. Convenient. Bar and dinner service was great

Check in was perfunctory. Coffee breakfast service was very bad. Room was sparsely appointed.
