The accommodations were more than adequate and very convenient to the UCLA medical center.

Reception and valet staff were very helpful and friendly

would have been great if not for the unbearable noise from the inconsiderate neighbors

The cleanliness and overall staff experience. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. The supermarket across the street is very convenient .

Noisy neighbors who didn't care they were in a hotel where others pay a decent amount of money for a clean , safe and quiet space . After politely asking them to keep it quiet at 2:30 am , they did so for 10 minutes , then proceeded to make even more noise than before performing karaoke into the early hours. It should be noted - this room had an adjoining door , which I was not thrilled about, but overlooked it, as it had a small private balcony and was informed the rooms were soundproof - ABSOLUTELY not soundproof. I would advise anyone looking to stay here to be sure your room does not have an adjoining door unless you need it for a larger family. It would be great if there were more than one elevator for the entire property, I don't mind the walk but if you are traveling with an elderly or physically challenged family member it can make it a bit more difficult.

Good yet pricey option for business stay

The hotel is a good option for a regular business stay overnight between travel and engagements. The rooms are spacious; the mattress comfortable. The staff, particularly housekeeping and service at the bistro are extremely friendly and welcoming.

The environment/ furnishing in the Restaurant/Bistro could have been a bit more inviting; the hotel showed overall wear and tear. There did not seem many Restaurant options nearby that one can easily reach. The price for a three star hotel was quite steep.

Friendly and helpful staff, quiet room, jacuzzi was nice although only one jet was working, pleasant outdoor seating area

Restaurant was minimal, it was better to walk across street to grocery store, mattress was adequate but could have been more comfortable

Was a nice short, relaxing stay.

The room itself was very comfortable, nice balcony and view, and friendly staff. Also on site parking was nice.

The AC unit was a little loud. Other than that we had no other issues.

Horrific, harrassing, painful and tense

1- unprofessional, rude unpleasant demeaning Treatment by the GM Upon check in. On the last night, Twice came by my room demands To inspect my room or Leave the hotel. He did And told me to clean the bathroom. Next morning he Called 3 times to check out!

Enjoyable Stay in Los Angeles

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, and I recommend it. It met my expectations, and is a nice place to stay. The rate is standard for a hotel of this level in the area. I liked that the hotel has been recently renovated, and the entire property feels new and updated. Everything is clean and very comfortable. The valet parking, while an additional charge, was impeccable. I also liked that my room had a balcony overlooking the courtyard (opposite the road), and my room was quiet. I was asked if I had a preference for a room facing the road or the courtyard, which was a nice bonus, and thus I chose the room facing the courtyard. In summary, I enjoyed my stay here, and recommend it for future travelers.

The restaurant is not a full service restaurant, and could have been better. This is only a small critique, however I wish there were more menu options for people with allergies (such as myself), particularly for dinner. The breakfast was acceptable. The restaurant works like a Starbucks, with on-demand ordering from the counter, which is not a full service restaurant, and it is a bit expensive. The restaurant also does not take cash. Also, the housekeeping service was unable to press some clothes for me upon request, but each room does have an iron and ironing board which worked fine.

Just blah - for the money we paid it was very blah

Hot tub was nice

We were there for four days you’d think the manager would get the problem fixed asap - the whole stay it was down that’s unacceptable and the clerk that checked out was bad at what she does - Christian was great truly appreciated her customer service and Lewis in valet and ray were rockstars - breakfast not worth it parking 30 dollars a day booking dot com did not advise - nor did the hotel advise at check in

Loved it and will be staying again!

Me and my family go to L.A frequently and have stayed at many hotels, some even, a lot more expensive than this courtyard. However, let me tell you that I loved staying here. Clean, comfortable, courteous staff and above all, affordable.

valet personnel worked hard

-mandatory valet was $40 for a truck because it was considered oversized. -major renovations occurring, so the balcony was full of debris and trash. -No pool. -breakfast was outrageously expensive. $6 for a bagel and cream cheese -asked front desk for several items and never received them. -would not stay again
