Wonderful team! Shout out to Hector for going the extra mile to help and making our stay even more enjoyable!

The bed was comfortable
There were no slippers and the hair dryer was crap for the price we paid. It was more of a 4star resort than a 5 star resort. Pool area and landscaping were unimpressive. Staff were rude except for the concierge Lauren.

The room and amenities were great. Pool and SPA were lovely. Unfortunately we came at the most crowded time for 4th of July so the pool was teaming with children and the adults brought their own music, drinks and dogs in. We abided by the rules and kept our dog with us in our room or on our patio.
Our room wasn't serviced during our stay so we took the trash out, etc. When we wanted it serviced we had to ask twice during the day. Once serviced housekeeping was very attentive. Also requested ice and it never came. Wasn't clear how to get this ourselves until I found a hidden ice and water maker at the back of the resort.

While not on Sonoma Square or within walking distance, the property is reasonably well-located.
(1) A little worn and not super clean (prob from too many weddings); (2) finish quality/furnishings are not that great; and (3) terrible value for money - would rather have stayed at a new Marriott Residence Inn/Hyatt Place. Also, if you’re staying in the adjacent building and getting the benefit of the lobby entrance which is certainly very nice, you don’t even feel like you’re staying at the hotel - it could be some roadside motel.

The property is beautiful! Everything was very clean, comfortable and easy to access all of the amenities. The pool area was so relaxing. we enjoyed having the food and drink service at the pool and were able to use the cabanas which were very comfortable. The free shuttle was really nice too!

Loved the location and the facilities. The room and bathroom were very comfortable. Great spa.
For the price we were expecting someone to help with the luggage. We carried everything ourselves to and from the room. The phone did not work.

cottage too small. the sofabed is miniscule and uncomfortable for 1 person. has to call reception to get linens, pillow and setup the sofabed. outdoor patio has no privacy. the spa reception was rude when we've tried to ask a few questions.
cottage, employees. the place is a maze. took a long time to find the cottage. the signs confusing. spa people rude.

lodge we were staying in was very comfortable and had everything necessary , Cleanliness is on the high level and the housekeeping very efficient . Also the lounge and front desk area great for having a drink before going to restaurant for the meal.

The location , facilities , design , space of the hotel are great .
The restaurant was not great , you either like tex /mexican type food or there is no choice at all . Crazy as you are located in Sonoma valley , nowhere near Texas nor Mexico !!!

Location is superb. The hotel lobby and pool area and gym are beautiful.
Our lodge was not very clean, bathroom in particular needed to be cleaned, the walls, doors, showers and sink area all needed to be wiped. The main room (bedroom) was also not very clean, lots of stains on the sofa and in general the decor needs a refresh

I had to ask for supplies to be replenished on 2nd day.
