The size and cleanliness of the room met my expectations. Moreover, the bed was very comfortable. A limitation to the room, which is architectural in design, is the location of the restroom.
The facility charged me about $2,000 more as incidentals and has not returned this money to my account after I left the facility over a week ago.

Close to. Bethesda, metro and DC. Decent restaurant for dinner and nice breakfast selection. Beds comfortable. Accommodations clean and updated.
Not within walking distance to downtown Bethesda. They charge $20 extra for parking per day and there is no other option.

I like the location of the hotel; it's near my destination. I like the body wash and shampoo and the shower.
It took about five minutes to get hot water out of the tap, longer for the shower. The mattress was soft and lumpy. The room carpet was shabby and unclean, needs replacement (Room 211). The air conditioner/heater blows loud and hard all night, even on auto. I was assigned a disabled/handicapped room with two double beds even though I wanted a regular room with one King bed. Even though the room was intended for someone in a wheelchair, the shower was in a bathtub. I had to pay $20 a day for parking while others just went in and out for free with the gate up, and I'm a Bonvoy member and feel I shouldn't have to pay for parking in an expansive lot in the suburbs. The hallways and the hotel in general could use an upgrade, interior paint, new furniture, better room lighting. The television felt small at 32" and the sound was awful.

My room smelled horrible. Dealt with this the first two nights. The staff did their best to help with complaints made but they hardly followed up to find out if the issue had been resolved. The balcony to my room was dirty.
The fire alarm went off three times on my floor, I had to carry a heavy child down the hallway only to meet a locked door at the exit. I was told it was a false alarm when I went back to the room and called the front desk. I think they should have communicated it when they knew the alarm was false. My first night was absolutely awful. Lack of sleep due to the alarm and an unpleasant smell in the room.

Nothing, my stay was quite short I did not have the opportunity to enjoy most of the services offered. What I needed was there and I have been very happy with it.

Hotel and room were current, clean, spacious and well worth the value. Pleasantly surprised how nice it was for what I can considered value hotel when just needing a place for a night or two.
Only downside was the breakfast, limited and lacking...basically some scrambled eggs and oatmeal. Shocked they did not include bacon as part of the breakfast.

The room was nice, and the housekeeping was great.
the coffee maker was missing a part so I was unable to use it, but the coffee from Cooper's Mill was wonderful so i guess it's not really a complaint. Also the faucet knob leaked.
