I cannot say enough good things about the Ritz, Bachelor-Gulch. We have returned every year based on the wonderful experiences we have had. We chose to celebrate my sister’s birthday here this fall, and the hotel went above and beyond, from a room upgrade to a personalised card and macaroons and truffles. The service and facilities were as exceptional as ever and we shall be back for the winter season!

gorgeous property and easily accessible to the mountain
Our room was not serviced during our 4 day stay
1.0 / 5.0
The Ritz is a world class expensive property. Everything from the hotel room to coffee is extraordinarily over priced. They don’t at all prioritise hotel guests versus other visitors during the day and also lie on their website about certain amenities eg there is NO kids club.
3.0 / 5.0
While the public areas of the hotel have a rustic, mountain flair, the rooms were overly modern and sterile. No charm at all!!

Did not eat breakfast. Passed.

good size rooms, excellent breakfast
you could hear very clearly though the connecting doors to adjacent rooms, rooms weren’t particularly clean, not able to get to beaver creek because of lack of snow and 90 minute wait for a shuttle to get to beaver creek from the hotel.

The variety of rooms this resort offers really is why I will always be a Ritz loyalist. If you can, book a suite, you will not regret the experience.

good views.
we were placed in the worst room in the building, no view, bottom floor, all the way at the end of the hallway next to the exit stair case that smelled terrible. couple celebrating our anniversary during the off-season, don’t see why this was necessary.

The restaurant is very good. Nice pool. Friendly staff.

We had a fantastic time enjoying our porch, the heated pool, jacuzzi’s, live music, fire pit and s’more making!
It was interesting that there is one space with some construction and many of the occupied rooms were over this space. Maybe shift to the rooms above a quieter/nicer view?

Loved the location and access to the mountain. Our kids loved swimming in the heated pools after a day of skiing.
Our room was SO hot we couldn’t sleep. When we mentioned that to the front desk they said yeah we hear that a lot because your room is above the broiler room....What the heck?!
1.5 / 5.0
The walls between rooms and the room and the hallway were paper thin. Could (clearly) hear our neighbors’ conversations and even sneezes and ended up awake most of the night because of our next door neighbor’s coughing.
