Horrible

I stay for Two Days there was bugs in the room and bath room, my wife took pictures and showed staff and then manager they offered nothing but a free breakfast and said it a ongoing issue so why would I eat breakfast at there as a manger for 20 yrs I would at least have one night free . I was there for the Jazz festival this made my getaway with my wife horrible I didn’t want to use bathroom and hotel didn’t offer exchanging to a new room

Disappointment

The location was convenient

The hotel advertises a pool on their website however it has been broke since 2020 because it needs a new pump. They also advertise a restaurant and bar in which there is not one that is open either. With the bar not being open they still do not allow outside alcohol. There was mold in my shower. They kicked our group out of the lobby at 10pm while we were trying to eat after our kids played a long day of softball.

I enjoyed my stay just think the bistro should be open on a Friday evening

the rooms where big enough and I loved the extra big couch

the bistro wasn’t open on a Friday evening when I stayed which was one of the reasons I booked it . Then got there to Check in only to find it closed till the next day .

Very nice modern rooms. Loved the balcony. Bed was extremely comfortable. Wi fi was excellent and a very friendly and helpful staff

Great stay, we will stay again!

It was very clean, and the front desk was friendly and helpful. It was a very quiet location but was next to a lot of restaurants and shops.

I wasn't there long enough to give a full evaluation.

Timely shuttle service to airport. Friendly staff. Within walking distance to restaurants and other points of interest.

That I was charged for bottled water when another Marriott hotel that I stayed the previous night offered free water. It's the small things that make a difference.
