The view is amazing, even in the colder months. The restaurant had excellent service and the food was delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
No heat in the bathrooms. The hot water was tricky in the shower, but I figured out how to get it just right. There were an insane amount of pillows on the bed, but none were very comfortable.

great location on the water
I requested removal of down bedding and I believe at least one down pillow was in my bed. Also, I came downstairs for coffee and a snack at around 6:20 and was told it wasn’t available yet. I think most places have at least self-service coffee available by 6 for early risers.
bathroom was cramped and the whole hotel seemed like it needed a refresh of paint, carpets, lighting, etc.

Wait stall were friendly and very helpful. Dinner was excellent and waiter was very attentive. Stopped by bar after attending a concert, bartender was very friendly and pleasant even though it was close to last call.

We had a great view on the bay.
But the walls were so thin that you could hear people talking in the next room. Luckily they were not very noisy, so we could still get a good night sleep.

Loved the River view room, bed was wonderful, appreciated all the pillows, location was excellent
Surprised there was no microwave in room especially since my one room service order arrived (breakfast) barely warm. Room service showed start time 8 am and when I finally got through to them on the phone I was told I had to wait til 9 since the food runner was not there yet. Not even the coffee in the lobby was ready when we went for that

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Full of knowledge and made me feel Comfortable . He advised me that there was a wedding in the hotel for that night. He was again ver nice and professional.

Hotel is dated but clean. Staff at front desk seemed overwhelmed. They were hosting some sort of wedding and gave the room we requested to someone else. No refund and no options being fully booked. Didn't offer drinks, breakfast. Our location to our venue was convenient and dinner was good. Server was good, but front desk rude saying were fully booked and if you cancel your stay we will still have to charge you most of your cost.
