Not great!

Room and location were fine

Reception staff not very friendly. I called to ask a question, and the person showed no interest in trying to help with my answer. Granted it was late at night, but if they are going to advertise to have reception open, then have staff that is trained to answer questions. My question was not unreasonable either, I just asked if they knew of a Grand Canyon tour that departed from Flagstaff. Also, I was unhappy that the room could not make 1800 calls, as we were trying to find info on the tour.

Very comfortable bed and nice touch with the bath tub

The bath tub was leaking water to the drain, and the room was quite cold (cold air coming through the door).

Durchschnittliches Hotel für die USA. Gutes Hotel für einen Zwischenstopp Nähe Grand Canyon für einen Vernünftigen Preis.

Auf den Bildern sah alles etwas ordentlicher und Moderner aus als es eigentlich ist.

We really enjoyed our stay

I didn't go swimming but I plan to in the future, the breakfast was great, I enjoyed the room. My spouse really enjoyed the extra space, he's handicap so he really enjoyed being able to turn in a wheelchair, the only problem was we had a rough time getting him into the shower (his lower legs been amputated) but we did it an he really enjoyed finally being able to shower, we are making this our go to lodging:)!!!!

just the bathroom ordeal, was all.

Nicely remodeled, wish they would be aware of items in room and not throw anything personal away.

Nicely remodeled. Clean and comfortable for the price.

Staff was not helpful. Cleaned bathroom and threw away $1,000 retainers sitting on bathroom sink. Didn’t do offer to help find or help replace. 😱☹️

Séjour confortable même si quelques améliorations souhaitables.

Lits confortables et chambre bien aménagée avec frigo et micro-ondes. Piscine très bien.

Better than we expected from other reviews

Parking was outside our room. The bed was comfortable and it was good to have a clock for telling the time, so we could get up in time for breakfast. Breakfast, in the reception area, had a pancake machine, which people enjoyed using and made a change from waffles. Staff were pleasant.

There was no box of tissues. The motel is on the old Route 66. However, we found it difficult to find in the dark due to heavy traffic on the main road, but once there all was well and it was quiet.

I thought I was booking into a hotel, this is a motel with parking outside your room. Downtown Conference Centre??

The rooms were super clean, breakfast was awesome, staff was super friendly and charming.

Good at least for short stay

We arrived late at night and left early in the morning. Breakfast was okay but it was a bit difficult to find good restaurant in the evening.

Für eine Nacht ok, aber für mehrere Tage würde ich etwas anderes suchen.

Empfangsdamen sehr nett. Zimmer war groß.

Keine normalen Gardinen am Fenster. Entweder man hat es blickdicht und dunkel, oder jeder sieht in das Zimmer. Das macht den längeren Aufenthalt unangenehm.

In die Jahre gekommenes Motel, aber mit allem was man braucht

Günstiges Motel, 10 min Fußweg von Downtown entfernt - Nachts trotzdem ruhig. Genügend kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür, Frühstück mit Pancakes :)

Zimmer deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Allerdings alles da was man braucht.

Good enough for a night's stay

Kind of cheap, clean. For one night sleep it was okay.

A bit dated and the bed even though comfortable it was slightly sagging. The room also was trembling.

Great place with a great price

I liked how they made shapes with the towels. They allowed us to check in early. I really appreciated them allowing us to have our dog. Rooms were very clean. Loved having the pool indoors. I loved the abundance of supplies : towels, cups, plates. Yummy breakfast. The cleaning service was great and kind. Front desk very nice and helpful. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. I love the decorations and wall art.

Pool needed to be vacuumed. Pool house windows needed so CLR cleaning. It would be nice if AC was closer to the beds. Having a half wall between AC and beds, blocked air flow. Walks are thin. We could hear neighbor's TV on around 3:30 am

Escape to the Southwest

Updated room, hardwood floors, comfy bed and great amenities.

The wi-if was not all that good, had to go outside for a good signal.
