Pricey, yet not worth it.

Location to Globe Life was an okay distance. Not to bad of a walk (about 20-25 mins)

The first room had a horrible smell inside and outside the room. I asked to be moved. The second room was not clean. I had housekeeping change the bed sheets as there were stains (some looked like blood). The room was clearly not cleaned, as there was also a black sock under one bed and a cowboy hat under the other. The bed was extremely low to the floor and severely uncomfortable. When staff came to change the sheets, she was curious as to why the beds were so low. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Nice and clean

The staff was so helpful and nice. The hotel was extremely close to the At&t stadium. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

They only had 1 elevator and it was at the end of one hall. You had to walk far from the elevator to our room.

The location to the Globe Life Field and AT&T was awesome!! Extremely convenient.

The ;front desk staff were not of the friendly nature. We were told the trolley would be at 1:30 and 2:15; at 1:40 I asked where the trolley was and with not a pleasant tone was told it was 1:45, not 1:30. We ended up taking our own vehicle to the game, leaving the site at 1:50 and the trolley was still not there. A little pleasantness goes a long way.

Pretty pleasant

The double attached pool was very nice. Great size room, plenty of space for my son to play on his Oculus. Very Quiet inside even though there was construction going on throughout the day. We enjoyed our dinner in these little booths with tv's...very comfortable.

I didn't like the dirty green underwear I found on the side of my bed, definitely makes me question the cleanliness. The patio door didn't lock so that was a bit uncomfortable, I didn't know it was a hotel with the doors attached to another absolutely despise those kind of hotels. I wish that could be noted in the description of the hotel just so I could be aware beforehand. Asked for fresh towels because there were none and they got right on it.

Everything was clean and staff was friendly.

I got an email from them about ongoing construction and the times they would be working. By 9am you could hear them working directly over our room and shortly after they were using loud power tools. Wouldn't have been as bad if they weren't directly over our room.

Not worth what we paid. Pictures online are not what you see when you get there.

The lobby was updated and clean. Starbucks and breakfast were good. Staff was nice.

This hotel is very old, outdated and surrounded by vacant businesses. It gave a very motel vibe with sliding glass doors going directly outside. Did not feel safe at all. The family we were traveling with found a package of lubrication on the floor upon arrival.

Friendly staff but uncomfortable beds

Perfect location to the AT&T stadium. Walking distance. Friendly staff

The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Woke up with neck and back pain. The personal did not tell us what time breakfast was and where it was located. We did not eat breakfast the 2 nights we stayed for that reason and our booking stated breakfast included.
