The room was not clean and while i am staying there the fire alarm sound off and could not sleep but stand outside in the cold for nothing.

They stole $50 dollars from me and refused to return my $50. The manager is extremely rude and has a, "I don't give an F" attitude. Horrible customer service. Terrible selections tv channels to chose from. Staying there was like being a time machine had approximately 15 to 20 channels. And four of the sports channels are duplicate one another. I had two FACE towels that had black dye on them. And the Manager charged me $25 for a $2 FACE Towel. Do not stay here .

MY BIRTHDAY PLANS WERE RUINED BECAUSE OF THIS HOTEL ROOM... I PAID $180.00 FOR THI

This was the worst. There was NO HEAT in my room..(temp that night was in the single digits.). and the toilet did not flush... was stopped up and the front desk clerk never sent anyone to fix. I was called the next morning at 7am because the toliet caused problems to the unit under me.. I was asked to change rooms at 8AM... I DECLINDED it was a waste of my time at this point being that check out time was in 3 hours. HORRIBLE NIGHT.. RUNIED MY BIRTHDAY GET AWAY!

NO HEAT AND THE ROOM WAS FREEZING TOLIET DID NOT FLUSH AND OVER FLOWED FRONT DESK WAS NO HELP AT 2AM WHEN I COMPLAINED

Overall, my stay was pretty decent..

The property is very friendly and nice and I was able to check in early . The property was very clean , the pool was nice and the staff were very understanding and friendly .. everything went smoothly.

The fact I wasn’t informed that the room I paid for wasn’t available and I wasn’t giving an option to choose the other ones to pick for it was selected for me , the tv needs to be upgraded if you bring a fire stick or anything it’s won’t work and the quality of the tv is trash .. and also that it said breakfast is included in what you pay but it’s not free you have to pay for it

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

I didn't like anything about this hotel would never stay here here.

The phone did not work in our room the TV didn't work After I call the front desk to complain about it. They did absolutely nothing.. The bed wasn't comfortable at all. And and they charge ninety five dollars just for makeup on one wash cloth that could come out. I would never, ever stay there again. It was horrible, the front desk was not friendly at all.

They accidentally charged my card another night smh

The pillows were comfy

They charge too much for breakfast, after i checked out my hotel they also changed my card and extra $90 like I stayed for another night one top of the $190 i paid the first night so i have to wait 5-7 business days to get it back! Im so mad about that

Returned visit but disappointed

Location

The room smells bad - I called the front desk and they send a stuff to spray the air. That is not the reason the room smells though. Either the floor or the AC unit needs to be deep cleaned. Also the front desk lady (she is there everyday) always seems polite but you can tell deep down she doesn’t mean it. She would say “Have a nice day!” while you walking out but when you look at her, she was looking down so you were not even sure she was greeting you. It felt like an automated machine that just react when people coming in or leaving. Also I asked for a room change because they had a broken faucet and the room smells bad. She said yes immediately but gave me another room that’s equally stinks. I know this because I stayed in this place in June and I loved the room I stayed and liked the front desk guys I talked to.

Left a bag include Ipad pro with magic keyboard case and stuffs at the parking area, I called back after check it on “ find my device “ app and see its there, the hotel’s staff confirm it was there but when I come back to pick up after 2 days its gone, they can't find it, I need your help to find it

It was fine. We probably won't go back to this hotel. It wasn't very clean.

The staff was great. Beds were comfy. Area seemed safe.

Bathroom was not very clean. There was, what looked like, soap scum buildup or something on the floor. The lamp shades were old/fraying at the edges. The staff was dealing with a new phone/computer/card system that was very flawed, but they did great with what they have. The fridge in the room we rented was very small--Just a mini fridge. No kitchen area. I'm not sure if any rooms had that and if I had paid better attention, I would've gone elsewhere if none of them had a kitchen. Or, at least, a bigger fridge.

I would definitely book again!

Bed was comfortable, temperature was great, very clean, good carpet, loved walk in shower, warm water quickly, could use a little more water pressure but overall we were Very pleased! Price was excellent! Very nice front desk.

I was taken by surprise they put $100 hold on my card for incidentals. I don’t really like that, it won’t be back for a few days.
