This should be listed as a Motel not Hotel. Only 3 star because there is a pool and small eating area for breakfast, not

The location was near university, mall, and many restaurants. Manager and staff were nice and understanding.

The room was not clean. Sheet had stains , they gave me new sheets to put on the bed myself. Tub would get stopped up shower made loud noise. Fresh towels all had stains and long black hair on the.

I will definitely stay here again, left the courtyard and of course the employees were awesome! 😊👏👏

Management was very helpful, everyone was great at this Sonesta!

The evening front desk staff is friendly, helpful, and patient. They're always responsive to any requests my husband or I make.

The 2nd floor ice machine wasn't working.

The pool was nice and the lobby was inviting.

It was random stains all over the furniture and the walls. The pullout was a twin size not full size and there was also no sheets or blankets for the pullout.

The location was convenient.

The staff were rude. We had three rooms that I had called about previously requesting the rooms be near each other. But we were on floor one two and three. The first room reeked of cigarette smoke. They were able to switch our rooms thankfully. In another room both TV's were out of order. So they switched that room too. The pool was closed on Friday, and the heater was off, so it was too cold to swim until Saturday around 7. The hot tub Jacuzzi is boarded over. The pull out couch had cigarette burns. We had to get the front desk to give us sheets from for the pullout, and had to call twice to get a bar of soap.

Friendliest staff, comfy beds, and great location. I have told friends and family and hope they too would make this their hotel.

The only thing is that Quality Inn is a disgusting hotel and should be demolished in all states. They should not be anywhere near Sonesta or any other hotels.

The lobby are was nice.

I had to ask for linens for the sofa bed, if the sofa bed option is in the room there should of been linen on the bed or in the room already.

This is my 3rd time staying there. I like the fact that it's dog friendly and there's a place to walk him.

I noticed that when I looked too closely at the carpet in the room it was quite dirty. That was the only thing. Sheets and bathroom were clean. That's my highest priority.

There was no complimentary breakfast, not even a continental. if you wanted breakfast, it was the restaurant and you ordered off the menu at your expense. The elevator closet to lobby was out of order.

My stay definitely could have been better.

The room size was nice

There was dog poop in the hallway. The elevator was broken and the 1st desk staff never communicated that during check in, so it was up to me to lug around my luggage to find the next one. Also most of the hotels with the exception of the lobby smelled like cigarettes. And there wasn’t any management on duty to voice my concerns.

Great stay. Great price.

The rooms are a great layout. I love the sofa in the room. And you can play your Netflix if you have an account. Bathroom are large.

If you look more closely to the room, there were some dirty corners. And there was no clear instructions on the heating and cooling unit. A wall unit was there but didn't work. You have to use the floor unit.

Disappointing, but I’ll give then one more chance since my last two stays were excellent

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and love it. During my previous stays, the staff have been friendly, responsive and competent. The rooms were nice and the location is convenient.

This time, the check-in clerk was nowhere to be found and when she finally did appear she was pretty rude. None of the parties who were there waiting complained about the wait, but she just ignored us when she arrived, no greeting or acknowledgment of any kind, just sat down at her terminal and did not even look at us. Once I finally got checked in, the room wasn’t made up at all. Sheets had been placed on the bed, as if someone was about to make it, but had not finished it. Clean (I hope) towels were hanging on the towel rack, but there were still used washcloths in the bathtub. Very weird and disappointing.

it was very pleasurable!

We weren’t able to be home for Christmas! But they had the Lobby decorated very nice with two Christmas trees! Super nice!!

When you’re outside you have the noise from the highway that can be extremely annoying. But that is to be expected. Once inside, you cannot hear it.
