the vents need to be cleaned. stuff was coming out them

Mildly comfortable but very affordable

Location was very easy to find and access to surrounding amenities

Breakfast was terrible. Often was late and not enough food available for guests. Room was dated but it was very large for the cost however carpet was very dirty and I stepped on a safety pin that was in the carpet. I wasn’t not impressed with the cleanliness of the carpet

Very nice! I would stay there again for sure.

The room set up was just great. I had 2, 14 year old girls who loved the upstairs, especially with a full bath. The breakfast was good. I liked the kitchen even though I didn't use it. If I were to stay longer I'm sure I would cook something up. Just all around a good place to stay, very comfortable.

The main thing I didn't like was the fact I was only able to stay 1 night. The noise from the I64 traffic is a bit annoying when you're outside, but you can't here it inside.

Beds were very comfortable. Great for a family of four.

Breakfast, continually ran out and took a while to get restocked. Kitchen not stocked with enough utensils.

Place is run down condos with stray cats and creepy junkies types renting the rooms. I booked another room. I would rather have paid again for a room than to ever set foot in this place let alone stay for 2 days 😪

Pleasant

The room was a nice size. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils. I liked that the checkout time was at noon.

Upon arrival, the bed, both the mattress underneath the cover and the sheets, were covered in hair. The corner of the bathroom was caked in dirt. The room had an odd odor to it. Overall, it could have been cleaner. Also, it is no fault of the facility, but even though the layout is not of a normal hotel with the rooms all on a hallway, the rooms are not soundproof, so if you have noisy neighbors be prepared to not get in a good sleep.

breakfast was packaged muffins and granola bars. They still have the buffet set up but do not use it.

Its look is cute. Liked the setup of the room.

Main door wouldn't stay shut unless locked. Upstairs bathroom would not close. Broken furniture, dirty dishes.

One night we were parking and the police approached our car. It was a bit scary.

Convenience of the room.

Location was not ideal. People were questionable who were hanging around the parking area.. our room was under steps and on the back side. Questionable safety. One night two drinks were hanging by the building.

I was very disappointed in this stay. Next time I’ll pay extra to stay at a more acceptable hotel.

The bed was comfortable.

Toilet did not flush well. They did not use fitted sheet. No hand soap provided. They never once came to clean the room. Stains on carpet. People smoking outside our room even though it was non smoking.

Disappointing

The location to the activities were doing

Went an hr and a half after check in time and room wasn't ready. There was trash in one of the table cabinets. Had to ask for soap to wash hands and clean dishes (had suite with kitchen). Was there 3 nights with 4 people and when asked for extra towels, was denied. When checking out was refused a receipt for the stay.

1/10, would not recommend.

The rooms were not terrible. The bed was pretty comfortable. The fridge worked, I guess.

There was blood all over the floor. They switched my room, but there was more blood on the floor. It was pretty ridiculous. We also swept dirt off our sheets. There were no security cameras on the premise either. I asked to speak with a manager about receiving a discount for our stay for the filthy rooms we received, but never heard back from them.

A clean, quiet, convenient and affordable location for business travel.

It was very quiet and clean. Also convenient to the locations I needed to visit for work.

I don’t know if it was a mechanical issue, but I couldn’t get very hot water for washing hands and showering.

No hot water, dirty coffee maker

Spacious

No hot water, couldn't take a shower. Coffee maker had old coffee grounds in it and not clean. I told the front desk and they didn't apologize or anything, just said they made a note of it. No offer of a credit or anything.

Bed comfy and room very clean

Bath very small. Door hard to open , when I complained, staff said they were “just old” No breakfast as I thought. A bag of packaged muffin, granola bar, and bottle of water. None of which I ate.
