Great location and design but smells like smoke in most areas.

Location and friendly looking agents. Also, I liked the rooms design, entertainment-ready TVs, and Sofa bed.

No breakfast was given even though the property said that breakfast was included. Also no room service till you request one before midnight. I was away with family after the first night and when we came back, the rooms were not clean and there were only dirty towers. I had to go to the lobby outside the parking lot to get clean towers myself. Also, I’m not sure if it is the Atlanta thing, but people seem to bee smoking everywhere and the smoke persisted in the elevator, certain parts of the hallway, and in one of my rooms I reserved.

Enjoyed our visit and the staff resolved any issues in a courteous manner.

The location was convenient to the areas we desired to visit during our stay.

The construction is a drawback, but once the updates are finished it should be good to go.

A very disappointing stay, but staff was as accommodating during a remodel.

The staff was very nice and as accommodating as they could be. I had an emergency hospital trip and they quickly added another day.

Brown bag grab-and-go breakfast was very disappointing. Room was never cleaned in our four night stay and we had to request towels. Had I known a renovation was going on, we would have stayed elsewhere.

It was fine. Good value for money.

Breakfast was fine. Not the greatest, but fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious, if not the most modern. For the price, it worked fine as a place to stay while working in the area.

The hotel is in need of some maintenance. I was unable to turn off the airco in my room for example. Fraying carpet, broken buttons in the elevator. Everything worked, but the place has seen better days. I dislike places that charge extra for full speed wifi. The free tier worked, but come on. It's 2023, good internet isn't a luxury.

Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. I enjoy the breakfast here.

One of the floors, I think it's the 2nd, smelled like rotten diapers and puke during both of my stays during 2023. Some of the other guests are total trash and hog the luggage carts for themselves in their rooms. Folks smoke a whole lot of weed in their cars in the parking garage.

I will choose another hotel next visit to Atlanta

The daytime staff was awesome. Overnight staff was very short almost to the point that I was interrupting his night. The hot breakfast was great too.

This location was not kept up as well as the other locations I have stayed at. It definitely needs some major attention and renovation

Very good

The location and value are both excellent. The free wifi was strong (no need to pay for the premium connection). The room was large and comfortable, and equipped with kitchen essentials and very nice fridge, dishwasher, etc.

The room looked old and tired. Some things needed to be updated or replaced (the bed skirt corner was torn and hanging off of the bed, the shower shelves were cracked and peeling paint). Parking in the overnight lot cost $18 per night.

Pool was closed. Our toilet was clogged and I reported it to front desk at 8 am. When we returned at 8pm toilet had not been fixed. We had to use toilet in lobby.

I like that the hotel was convenient to my events

I didn't like how the hotel had roaches on the counter, and coming out of the iron,, the trash wasn't emptied from previous guests, there was trash in the drawers. The website stated pool was open but apparently pool isn't going to open until memorial day. I stayed for 3 nights and no one came to clean my room. Very disappointed for a Marriott. When I checked in, I paid $650. But when checking out the bill was only $635. The telephone did not work and it was properly plugged in. The price for this hotel and services is not worth it

Loved the area and the hotel was close to everything but quiet and away from traffic.

Front desk clerk was very helpful. Made sure we got our 2 second room. Also, found us a room key when they were out.

Could have been cleaner. Snack-bar type food could have had more variety. Parking was awkward.

I was double charged for my room when I checked out because one of the employees couldn’t find my original reservation when I was checking in. And I got charge for the missed reservation. And the tv in my room didn’t work.

had no a/c and no Tv in the room - they moved me and then there was no TV in the 2nd room and were out of keys so I had to wait 45 mins to only go back to suggest they rekey the one I had
