Gute Lage, auf Zimmer in höheren Etagen bestehen

Die Lage ist für Erkundungen zu Fuß super.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 4. Stock (405). Es war sehr laut. Zuerst dachten wir an die Klimaanlage. Aber die war aus und der Lärm weiterhin da. Es stellte sich heraus, dass es die riesigen Kühlgeräte auf den Dächern waren. Durch die Position in dem Betonkern und die viel zu wenig isolierten Fenster, war es so extrem laut. Nach einer unruhigen Nacht haben wir nach einem anderem Zimmer gefragt. Uns wurde ein Zimmer auf der 8. Etage angeboten (805). Also gleiche Lage nur höher. Damit wurden die Geräusche erträglicher und wir konnten etwas besser durchschlafen. Dazu passt das Foto.

Great location for an average hotel

The hotel is in a great, prime location, but the building is rather old, and the breakfast is just average. The room is spacious enough, but the bathroom is quite small. I would have preferred a more spacious bathroom. Additionally, there is no wardrobe or locker in the room.

Uma excelente estadia, numa Cidade muito organizada e fácil de locomoção.

Em especial, do atendimento do pessoal da Recepção. Muito solicito e educados. Sempre disponíveis para dar qualquer orientação, sobre os lugares da linda Cudade.

Os preços do mercadinho poderiam ser mais baratos, em relação as lojas perto do hotel.

Chicago in drei Tagen.

Laminatfußboden, sauber, ordentlich, alles gut, schon etwas gebrauchter Zustand, Frühstück ist gut und auswahlreich, Einwegbesteck, Buffet mit warmen und kalten Speisen, Ei, Obst, Yogurt, Beagles, Toast, guter Kaffee, diverse Milchsorten und ausreichend Sitzplatz. Die Gegend und Entfernungen zu den typischen Zielen in Chicago sind passend für einen Städtetripp.

Das Zimmer war etwas laut durch Abluftanlagen der umliegenden Gebäude.

Perfect location

The location is perfect and we felt safe walking the area, even after dark.

Parking instructions would have been helpful at time of booking. There’s a parking garage around the corner but it’s very tight and it was a little nerve racking. And very expensive!

Great quality stay

The space was perfect. The king room had a fantastic bed with quality linen. White towels. Great shower. Clean. High standard. We loved the breakfast spread. More variety than we expected. Even real orange juice. Wow.

The front desk doesn't smile. I visit 5 or 6 times, get a lower floor, like four, never a higher floor even ask for, and sometimes the same room.

Not clean and very shabby rooms but magnificent location on Magnificent Mile.

The location is central to so much to do. Right on the Magnificent Mile so can’t be beat. Valet drivers were wonderful.

The room wasn’t clean and desperately needed updated. Trash fell out of lamp when we turned it on. There were nasty things wrote on bathroom mirror which hadn’t been cleaned. I could go on and on.
