Amei os meus dias! Hotel com uma localização excelente! Fiz várias coisas a pé. Uma delícia de lugar!! Dentro do hotel tem um Starbucks, que tomamos café da manhã, bem prático! Ao lado vários restaurantes, farmácias…muito bem localizado! Quarto espaçoso, roupas de cama e banho boas. Muito bom!!!

Os elevadores precisavam ter a programação de inteligência. Demoram bastante.

Won't stay there again.

No water/coffee in rooms. Property was decent but nothing special. Definitely not a $400 a night hotel. At least the parking should have been included.

My stay here was just as I had hoped!

Location was great! My mom & I were going on a cruise. We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel. We walked to grab a bite to eat. Our room was nice, clean & quiet. The beds were comfortable. The hotel even provided a sound machine. Many people staying were also going on a cruise. The next day we got breakfast at the hotel. It was really good. I had a breakfast sandwich my mom a breakfast burrito. Coffee was strong & full of flavor. I’m booking this hotel next time we cruise leaving out of the Miami port!

Habitacion amplia y comoda. El colchon muy confortable. Buena situación para explorar Miami.

Es mejor dejar pagado el hotel cuando lo reservas. Cargan tasas por cada dia de alojamiento y de parking. En los hoteles ennlis que ya había pagado por adelantado no me han incluido tasas.

It was located in close proximity to everything. The staff were very nice.

The toilet kept running loudly and we couldn’t sleep. We had to transfer rooms and the room we ended up in had items/trash from previous guest that I had to clean up myself as I was staying in the room with my young daughter.

Never again worst hotel and stuff ever!!! Highly NOT recogmended!!!

Firts day when we arrived the check in person offered half price for parking fee, in the end day charge me full price even for days when i was travelling for 4 x days! Just nothing happened as agreed! The hotel was dirty, laud people, smal ugly rooms! Charging everything upfront from my credit card! Never again! Highly NOT recogmended! Many nice other hotel in better location, better quality! Swimming pool not working etc!!!

Exceptional

The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The only odd thing is that the toilet was sideways in the bathroom. It didn't effect anything. It was just weird.
