Don’t come for professional or friendly service if a certain employee is working.

The location was good.

Staff do not communicate, was told one price and charged $60 more a night and then cursed out when asked why buy a different lady.

Bed frame is metal...makes a lot of noise when getting in and out. Soapfor bath and hands were terrible.

good location, do not reccomend at all

good location, easy check out

it took an hour to check in they didn’t give me the room i originally reserved and then that room had a lot of issues. door wouldn’t shut and stay closed, microwave turned on and off by itself. moved rooms and then my room key kept messing up, had to go to the front office for 3 days. some of the staff seemed upset when I would come in. I was polite every time.

Filthy, uncomfortable

When we walked into our "Non-smoking" room we were greeted with an extremely strong smell of stale smoke. We arrived late in the evening so got right to getting ready for bed. The shower mat turned black from the dirty floor once it was wet from us stepping out of the shower. As we attempted to go to sleep we noticed smoke coming in through the huge gap around our door (This was from the people smoking marijuana outside of our door). Sent a message to the management on the app that they had been communicating with us previously to let them know about this, with no response. My husband had to roll up a towel and put it in the gap under the door and then had to push the chair up to the door to attempt to "close" the gap around the rest of the door. We did not get any sleep and attempted to address these issues with the gentleman working the front desk when we went to leave early in the morning. He rustled a bunch of papers under the desk while he mumbled about a refund. He ended up giving me the business card of the manager, telling me to call later when they would be in. Another thing to mention is that our time was very limited at this hotel yet my son's white socks turned black from the little bit of time that he walked around on the filthy floor in our room. Since we were on our way to vacation I have not yet reached out to the manager. I will update my review after I call the manager to share if we were given our refund or not.

Frustrating we couldn’t get a suitable room and weren’t given a discount when we were promised one

The first room we were shown to had the smell of marijuana in it, and after changing rooms, the other room had poor plumbing, and a sink that was leaking. We were promised a discount it was never given.
