It was in a great location to what we came to see.

It said it had a tennis court but it ended up a small basketball court/volleyball area that the net could be lowered for a small tennis court. We just went to a park instead.

Nothing this time around I had previously stayed at this property over the New Years Weekend and had enjoyed my stay and felt comfortable there. That is why I chose to make reservation unfortunately we never got to stay the front desk was very rude and I can only assume judgmental because they canceled my reservation and had denied even receiving my reservation after contacting the 3rd party booking.com they informed me that they had gotten my reservation 26 minutes ago and not to worry that the cancelation was free of charge but the property charged me anyway and at a higher rate than I paid for the room now I have to dispute the transaction and wait to be reimbursed

The entire front desk staff, with their shady sneaky lies and attempts to cover their mistake as well as unethical practices.

The ac went out in our room, they property had no on staff maintenance to help us with the issue. We were moved rooms around 9 oclock pm and the room we were moved to was not as spacious or of the same quality as the one I originally booked, It was extremely disappointing,

Even though the staff were friendly and they have a good breakfast, I would not recommend this hotel

The hotel was in a quiet location.

Amenities listed Hot tub, but not working. I was there for a week and no one came to fix it. Bathroom plumbing needs to be updated. It takes two hands to turn on the shower faucet and must be pulled tightly to turn off our water drips. They don’t leave an extra roll of toilet paper or towels. I don’t need housekeeping to come every day, so nice to have. When I did request housekeeping, they never showed up. Came back to room after long day, and couldn’t call the front desk, because the phone didn’t work.

Exceptional Hotel!!

Bed and pillows were so comfy! Lots of room! Free streaming and wifi! Fully stocked kitchen! Parking nearby. Pet friendly. Staff checks on how your stay is going. Best of all..sound proof rooms!!

I loved everything about this place it is a nice clean and wonderful place to have uour vacation in the people that work there are honest and respectful and kind.

There was nothing that i did not like i loved this place is an awsome place.
