The the maids are part of the stocking program and was stocking me continuously banging on my ceiling, banging on the walls when they were supposed to be cleaning the rooms they spent most their time trying to disturb me

The spacious room and the complete kitchen make it extremely comfortable. The bed is also comfortable. Having a room on the side that overlooks the park and the creek trail is gorgeous! I felt like I was in the woods! The breakfast is great! Several options to choose from and the food is tasty. The breakfast room is spacious and the large windows are wonderful to look out of.
Because of the remodel, we were without water for an entire day. That was inconvenient! Fortunately, we were away most of that day, but they should at least provide bottled water in the lobby during such times. We never experienced any noise from the remodel, which was a relief.

Breakfast: There were choices to meet the preferences of different people. However one morning, a holiday, different supplies had to be requested. For example the cereal bowls, knives, forks, etc. Also, some food items were empty and had to be requested. It appeared to be short staffed in maintaining the breakfast area. The other two days of our stay, the breakfast was fine with sufficient food. The room was comfortable and clean.
The sofa pillows were so worn, I questioned their cleanliness. I suggest throwing them out and not having any.

old, worn out and of poor value. staff were morose and unhelpful.

Really nice staff! The Yelp reviews didn’t do this property justice. We had a queen suite and it fit the bill. The place was homey and well kept. Parking was free and spaces available.

The hotel is quiet and clean. The location is fantastic within walking distance of both The Pruneyard and downtown Campbell. The location is fantastic! There was also a level of security at the hotel that made me feel safe.
There was not really anything I disliked. The hotel is right next to the freeway, so there is some minor noise. The bathroom door, when opened was right at the bed. It was a bit awkward.

Location was convenient to my event. The breakfast was acceptable for motel food; more fresh fruit would be appreciated and more robust coffee; it was weak. I liked the closet size and the convenience of the kitchenettes.
The room AC; it had to be on continuously to mask the freeway noise at night. We had an uncomfortable overnight sleep. The room also had a previously used tobacco odor that was unacceptable. The desk staff gave us keys to a room where a guest was already staying; it was embarrassing to walk in on someone in the room! We were told that the creekside (quieter) rooms were all booked; however, the parking lot did not agree with that declaration. I would have upgraded to a more expensive room for the peace and quiet.

Staff never looked up to greet u after the initial check in. It was passing thru a youth hostel. Reported a nonfunctional toilet.. 12. Hours later maintenance did not repair. When I returned I was given the key to another room I could use for a toilet. little to no housekeeping and hall smells of the trash and food contained left there for pick up

The room AC was broken, I came to talk with the front desk she was very rude to talk with the guest and refused to fix the AC. I stayed there for 2 nights without the AC

Everything was good. I live in San Jose and my children threw me a Ball at the Campbell Community Hall so l wanted to be near to get dressed. Also some of my out of town relatives picked your hotel. It was good that we could meet early for breakfast before they hit the road.
I was on cloud nine about my king and Queen Ball so nothing was wrong. Lol

I especially like the kitchenette. I have a prescription that requires a refrigerator and I always like to buy food to keep handy, such as fruit and sandwich stuff. I especially like the security set up for the facility. Since I stay alone, the security system made me feel comfortable and secure.
The mattress could have been more firm, since I like an extra firm mattress
