Everything was wonderful except the room air conditioner/heater.

The breakfast and the lady on duty were very good. There was a great array of food items, and the lady kept up with refilling the food and keeping the tables wiped off between guests usage. The room was comfortable and well cleaned.

Everything at the breakfast bar that was in a warmer was packaged. I would have loved a plain biscuit with butter! I had a bagel instead. We had a hard time sleeping because of the noise of the ac/heater. We covered the curtain to cut down on the draft of air blowing on the bed, but there was nothing to do about the sound it made. We needed it, or we would have turned it off.

Eh, low end hotel.

Location close to outlets and interstate

This isn’t a true Fairfield inn. It was a low end hotel that someone slapped a bandaid on. Elevators haven’t been inspected in almost 2yrs (done yearly) no hair dryers, walls were dirty, low quality everything. Multiple light switches in our room Didn’t work. Plug ins on the dressers didn’t work, had to plug phone in, in the bathroom. Handicap parking is on the opposite side of the building from The elevator.

Jesus was awesome! He was so accommodating to our every need!!

The tv didn’t work in our first room and I would’ve liked to have a bathtub.

Great value for a quick stay

Breakfast was great. never seen as many oatmeal toppings as they had there. good variety of foods offered.

Pillows were not great but I brought my own. I was there for a hospital procedure so I did not feel great after the first night. No fault of the hotel though. Front desk people were nice

overall good stay. i enjoyed the room, pool, and hot tub. great location, close to restaurants and shopping.

Clean facility and room. Indoor pool and hot tub.

Elevator was broken and that one that still functioned was slow. breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Horrible facilities, super nice staff

Only that the receptionist and manager tried to help us by giving us a refund and let us stay one night for free due to the issue of no running water. The manager was kind and helpful.

The age of the building, the cleanliness, the breakfast, and the lack of running water. Very low quality for a Marriott.

The location was excellent the staff was excellent the room smelled awful 😏

The hotel was dated it had a very bad odor and the carpet needed to be changed. I really want my money back because the room made me sick to my stomach. This was our 24th wedding anniversary not good memories😢

The location was nice.

There were several bugs on the wall, in the bed. I have bites on me. I changed rooms 3 times. No hot water. The night guy was rude and nonchalant.

It was a good quality stay for the price payed.

Easy access to and from ramps to anywhere in Asheville you want to go. Right across from outlier mall. Always a parking spot. Small hotel but with all you needed for a comfortable stay.

Traveling with two 6 yr olds the pool was fantastic and the only hotel in the area that had one!! that was the reasonin

very friendly staff and very helpful!

a small restaurant would of been nice on the property, but not a big deal. It was nice to have the breakfast available each morning and the selection was good !

Pass on this hotel next time.

Easy check in friendly staff.

There were hairs on towels and sheets. Did not smell clean luckily I always bring my own sheets, blankets and towels. Rooms are not cleaned properly after every guest but I guess you get what you pay for.
