Price too high compare to the value

The picture once is much better than reality. We paid a lot more compare to surrounding hotel and was expecting a much nice room but was outdated and small. The pool is tiny .

just stayed while in town for a concert.

They actually had milk alternatives for their continental breakfast which is huge because most places don’t offer that. Great location if going to an event at tinley park.

You can do better

Location was nice. Room was clean.

Windows were old and leaky, need to update the ac/heating system to central instead of the old unit that did not work well. My profile says no feather pillows. My room had only feather pillows. When I asked for regular I was told there were none available due to full hotel. I'm allergic to down. Woke up swollen and full of allergies. Had to sleep with no pillow.

Nice option for hotel close to Hollywood Ampitheatre.

Shower water pressure was awesome. Quick checkout. Many food options very close.

Coffee wasn't very good. No basic bread - English muffin to toast.

Disappointing in every way

the location was close to our event

My reservation was made at least 6 months ago and I did remote check in as soon as it was available, yet I was put in a disabilities room. The bathroom floor was wet and slippery because of the disabilities features, which is very dangerous when you don’t need it. The room needed updating, pillows and blankets seemed old; ugly and uncomfortable all the way around. In no way did it warrant the price.

I thought the breakfast gonna be a little better pancakes every morning and just muffins and stuff don’t get it most hotels offer bacon and sausage scrambled eggs things like that there’s an offer nothing like that

Good place to stay. Good price and great service.

The location was nice. It was not too far from the area I wanted to visit. The staff was supportive. I loved the refrigerator, microwave, and iron provided by the hotel.

I didn't like the bath tub. I'd prefer for the shower to just be a walk-in shower.

Definitely one of the better hotels. The price is still a bit high, but thats everything nowadays.

Front desk staff and lady at breakfast area were all very nice and helpful

The lobby was well kept but the room was dirty. Sheets where not clean nor bed linens. You could tell that the were just brushed over with someone’s hand to make the bed and not replaced with new linens, bathroom wasn’t stocked upon entry with sufficient towels nor toilet paper, the sink and counter wasn’t cleaned, hair, pet hair and other unknown things that could have been wiped and cleaned out if house keeping was done properly where clearly visible. The front desk staff wasn’t friendly nor welcoming. Fridge had not been cleaned out. Just an over all unpleasant stay . With no other rooms available due to fulling booked rooms according to guess services, we had to make do by using purchased cleaning wipes an our own blankets.

The lack of cleanliness and unpleasant staff. Definitely wasn’t worth the money spent.
