Great location but should be a little more affordable

This property is in a fantastic location if you are going to an event at the Toyota Music Center. The parking was free, which I appreciated very much. The room was clean and comfortable. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Be advised that the restaurants that are open after 11 at the TMC turn into bars after that time with closed kitchens.

There were a few missing lightbulbs in our room and the bathroom lighting was terrible so it felt like we were in the dark most of the time. The elevators were also not working when we returned from the concert, but they made it seem like there was an electrical issue. They were working fine once the crowd thinned out so it felt intentional, which was frustrating given that we were on the 6th floor and paid $300 for the room. I feel that despite the great location, the price was too high.

Wonderful location and room. Just lower the cost of breakfast, please.

I love the proximity to the Toyota Musc Factory Pavillion. So close! Nice hotel with clean and comfy rooms. Great views and top-notch parking.

I paid over thirty dollars (with tip included) for breakfast, which is far too high. I can see maybe $10, but $25 (before tipping) is too much, IMHO. I mean, this isn't The Westin or the Waldorf Astoria, lol.

The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly.

I had been told I could request a roll-away bed upon arrival (after booking a room and calling to specify our needs). Ar check in I was told a roll-away would present a fire hazard. I was told there was at least a sofa (not a pull-out) needed for one of our teen. There weren't any sofas in the room. Requested an extra blanket and never received it because they were short staff. It happens, but this was dpring break and the hotel was full.
