Very pleased. Very close to the mall and other attractions in area

Very clean! Employees were so kind and had sense of humors which was a huge plus. Check out was at 12 originally but they gave me an extra hour which was so nice. Nice comfortable, clean location to rest your head.

Comfortable room and great location for a UD game

We stayed here for the Dayton basketball game and to visit our son at UD. We walked across the parking lot to the game and were very close to UD. We liked the dinner and breakfast options, but we ended up not using them. Our room was nice size and the bed was very comfortable.

The fridge was nice to have, but it didn't really keep our drinks cold. The water pressure was low on the shower.

Was not a very nice hotel! Had a lot of challenges.

I was told by Staci that I would get reimbursed but have yet to see that happen. A lot went on during this stay, example paid for breakfast we didn't receive, cold running water in shower, extra charges on Mastercard, no pool or hot tube available, ie.!

Breakfast options not real great and cost extra. Prices were too high for the quality. The person attending the breakfast was very nice and quite aware of the limited food choices.

The pool water was cold, the pool room was cold, the pool bottom needed to be vacuumed, the hot tub was not opened for use. big dissapointment for children. Big reason we choose this motel.

carpet in bedroom had big black stain, not sure what it was but looked dirty although we stayed 2 days, nobody came to clean room or make beds, (was not expecting new towels). they did not mention this upon check in. no restaurant to dine in and very minimal choices for breakfast!

They had the most friendly, helpful staff! There was a Starbucks located in the building and they offered food! I liked the set up of the room. Love that they offered so many choices on the tv. I usually won’t ride elevators because they scare me but the Courtyard elevators were big enough and a smooth ride! I also took the stairwell and it was large, CLEAN and had cameras which made me feel safe! Plus, I love the free parking on site!!!

Didn't meet standards of the Marriott hotel image.

Trash not picked up in the ice machine area. Room was not swept. There was toe nails on the floor. They gave me sweeper to sweep so i had to sweep the room. Never done that before I thought I was on vacation. Hair on bathroom floor. Cob webs trash in the front entrance piled up falling out.

We enjoyed our comfortable room in this convenient location, but customer service was lacking.

Location and beds were comfortable.

Hair on the bathroom floor when we checked in which made we wonder about the cleanliness. Also no extra roll of toilet paper in the room, so had to track down someone to provide. And finally, no one at the bistro. Waited for 10 minutes and then just left and went to McDonald's. The front desk clerk said she went to get the guy but that he was in his office and he would be "right out," but I didn't feel like waiting any longer. No free coffee in the lobby.

Nice stay for Dayton sites

It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The lobby and business center were very nice, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The location was convenient. And best of all, they had a complimentary charger for our electric car.

There were a few annoying problems. Our room key cards had to be reset several times. The staff stated it was an old card system that got demagnetized by cell phones. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. Two of the 4 machines in the gym were out of service.

The accommodations excellent. There were six of us who met each day prior to leaving and upon returning after the work day. Plenty of room and all areas were clean. More impressive was the team. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Jennifer Grunwald reached out to the entire team and provided a discounted rate that was very much appreciated. We have new business in the area and people from our company will continue to travel and more than likely stay at your hotel. Again, it was a very enjoyable stay, keep up the great work!
