Ease of check in room availability, cleanliness

Heat/ac unit right next to head of bed . Was blowing on head the entire night. Bad placement. No outlets on the table next to bed

Extremely dissatisfied!! Never stay here agian!

We booked thru booking .com a room with king size bed and full size bed. Had the exact confirmation on my phone. Front desk clerk refused to look at it. He gave gave us two room key cards and sent us up to a very tiny room with ONE king size bed FOR 3 PEOPLE. CLEARLY NOT WHAT WE BOOKED!!! when I complained he sent us to room with two full size beds very sm. Rooms were way to small. Bathroom fan did not work. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. The lighting was very poor, and half the outlets did not work. The night manager who checked us in was very rude to us.. made the comment .. I guess things are not going ur way"

Great for a quick night getaway.

The Cod dinner was amazing! It was crispy and fresh. I also enjoyed the drinks at the bar.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was poor. There was thick dust in the light fixture and vents. The paint was peeling off the ceiling and walls in the bathroom. The comforter had a small red stain.

Location was fine.

Reserved a king and got two double. Asked for non smoking and got a smoking room. Hair dryer didn’t work. Bunches of people standing by front door smoking.

The staff was really friendly and it was comfortable.

Wish they had that special Eucalyptus Shampoo and Conditioner. LOL!

Relaxing and enjoyable We’ve stayed so many times it feels like home

We love this property! Always amazing service. Really appreciated housekeeping and the front desk willingness to accommodate us for a room change.

plugs by the bed were a bit hard to get to. I would look at getting nightstands that have outlets to keep your phone close by and charging. I also would suggest having a bar back or bus person during the times there is only one bartender running the entire restaurant and bar.
