Pleasant

The room was decently clean and I loved the kitchen part of it.

The fact that the refrigerator didn't work although they did come and replace it later and that the doors don't lock after hours eventhough it seemed like a safe area, you still never know what could happen.

They tried to charge me $200. "Non refundable deposit" for my dog. I chose the place based on their price. No where did they mention an additional $200. charge for my dog. He and I were only sleeping there. Didn't shower there or eat in the room. They already charge an additional fee for clean sheets per day. So I was already overpaying, and they wanted more??!!😳 They deserve their poor rating and reviews. I hope this lowers them even more... DON'T STAY HERE! IT'S A DUMP AND A RIPOFF!!

It's right off the road, easy to find with Waze, otherwise it's hidden

It smells, room was not a suite, as the hotel is labeled. No breakfast, not even a coffee maker. Very thin walls and ceiling. Not even a king size bed! Ain't coming back. And it was dirty! With stuff in the tub that needed to be washed down the drain.

Disappointing

Well no ice machine. No cups in bathroom. All the doors are always propped open by the residents that actually live there. Fridge in room didn’t work and lost groceries because of it. Had to beg for clean towels and most were stained anyway. Disappointed that this place is even allowed on booking.com. Might be switching to Priceline

The beds were comfortable and clean.

No coffee pot in the room, bathroom was a bit dirty. There is no lobby or any place to just hang out. The smell of smoke and marijuana was everywhere.

The room was not clean, people screaming next door, a guy sleeping in the corridor under the air conditioning. There was no coffee, tissues or shampoo. The room cost $154 so was so over priced for such a poor room. Very dissatisfied and disappointing. Worst hotel room I have stayed in.

Short and gross.

It was disgusting. The room was small, the lock didn't work, the floor was sticky and there was literally a topless woman in the parking lot. We left after 10 minutes and the clerk refused to give us a refund. Worst hotel experience ever

Most of the parking lot was roped off, no where to park. Room had a battered refrigerator and stove, upside down laundry basket in corner of the room. Bed was rock hard, 2 pillows, both shot, sheets and blankets were old and worn. Gang of people at the door smoking and drinking.

The place was OK, however for the price it was rather disappointing.

I really liked how Giovanna help me get to another room quickly when I informed her about my A/C unit was faulty!

The place looks very worn and run down. The management should look into scheduling a renovation ASAP! Also.. please upgrade your tech and appliances. The A/C unit, TV's, refrigerators, and microwaves were too dated! The beds left much to be desired! If it were not for Ms. Giovanna... I probably would have gone to the Home2 Suites down the street!

I was happy that they issued me a refund. After seeing the dirty room & shower, I left. The whole place was gross

The rooms were DISGUSTING!!!! The smell as soon as you walk in was disgusting. The place was dirty. The rooms are small. The AC is old dusty & dirty. The whole building should be demolished.

One to forget - never again.

Desk clerk was very helpful. Water in the shower was hot & the refrigerator worked well.

The bed was uncomfortable & there were no blankets. There was no lamp next to the bed or anywhere in the room. To turn on the lights you have to get out of bed & hit the switch near the entry door. The chairs were hard plastic. There were people hanging out in the parking lots, front & back & they were loud. Also late night traffic in the hall & it smelled as if someone smoked weed. The bed was more like an army cott. The price was way too high for such a no frills hotel.

That rooms are like efficiency apartments they are very spacious and clean I would stay there anytime and recommend to anyone

There wasn't anything to like about this place that's listed as a hotel but is really filthy studios with the majority of long term residents

The rooms were dirty, there were roaches. There were alot of people there who lived there full time who seemed to party day and night. You did not feel safe. Parking was a nightmare because there were alot of cars there with expired tags that never moved. This is not a hotel for people traveling.
