The bed was terrible, my wife or myself could not get comfortable.It took 30 minutes to check in because of a problem between hotel and booking.com. i paid in advance and hotel still charged me for the room at check in,had to wait for a refund and was still shorted $38.00

It has a refrigerator and microwave. Single served coffe pot.

Bed and pillows are so uncomfortable. The bed and pillows were too soft for our liking. Bed was lumpy.

There are no window curtains. Was unable to sleep due to sun shining. Blinds do not block the light.

I paid too much and will not stay there again.

The location was not near the city of El Centro.

The room was crowded with to much furniture. the bed was uneven and there was hair in my tub.

Nice 100 year rain storm...

The bed was squeeky (sp) but otherwise everything was fine Was nice to have a decent little fridge and microwave

I like that the rooms are far away from the main city. Not a lot of tweakers in the area.

The price was almost triple the cost of a weekend at the beach in the Encinitas area.

Nice stay in a less than desirable town

We were upgraded to a suite which was very nicely appointed. The beds were very comfy, and the breakfast was one of the better offerings at a hotel that I've experienced in a long time.

The dodge hotels use for no maid service unless we ask. Such rubbish. We pay tax or assessed a ridiculous surcharge and no fresh towels. So no perfect 10's are available from me unless this service is restored. Also, the room was poorly lit (had plenty of lamps-just low wattage bulbs)and not good access to plug in bedside electronics like my telephone charger and my CPap machine

Floors in elevators need to be replaced Very dirty sofa in room Need to pay attention to detail when cleaning room for what we pay

If you’re going to charge 340 a night, the room should be worth it! 😤

The price is way too high! I paid 340 for one day and the room was not even close to being worth it at all!

The room was clean and comfortable.

One main attraction to booking here was the indoor pool and spa. But, it was closed. The listing did not say that it was. I probably would have booked a different hotel if I had known.

Getting too expensive

Location

I got bitten and thought there were bedbugs or something then I look closer I found fire ants on the bed I didn’t notice but there was a trail on the carpet and got on the bed when I put my clothes on it I could have ask for a different room but was exhausted and decided not to, however the carpet was not cleaned properly ( the reason for the ants) .
