I stay there often

The office staff is great they always go out of their way to make sure you have a vomfortable stay while your there . Fernando (office/maintenance) is very helpful .

HOMELESS ENCAMPMENT NOT HOTEL

Let's being.. for starters the original room I had when I was going to use my key 2 males came out the room scared me! I was like freaked out went to the office immediately and asked for another room since there were people already I'm the room they checked out to me !! Thank God my kid was In the car. I booked a NON SMOKING ROOM the room reeked of smoke I called and ask to see if maybe if they can put me in a different room . No they send a cleaning lady to spray the room . The room smelled so bad it lingered on our clothes and out belonging. I can smell it on my jackets. My backpack,my daughter's stuff, animals, it was horrible. !! I have asthma so I couldn't breathe and was coughing !! The blankets had burn holes in them, the pillow, stains on the wall, ceiling and the shower. The bed felt crumy and I had to shake the sheets off. The floor was sticky. The beds where touching the ac. There was very little space between 2 beds. There was only 1 pillow on each bed... that smelled lole cigarettes. I had to buy face mask to try to help filter the smell. ! The room that I booked said it came with a micowave.. there was NO MICOWAVE to use. There was no shower shampoo, conditioner or lotion. To use for the showers. The TV was fussy no clear channels. The office only gave 1 room key instead of 2. There was homeless people everywhere. The other people staying in the other rooms where loud. This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in!!! It was disgusting!! The fact that the non smoking room flared my asthma and made my clothes stink !! I asked for a refund they said they couldn't do cancelation!! This is absolutely ridiculous.

Perfect for a quick sleep on our road trip on I-10

Room was probably updated 20 years ago and abused since then Convenient to have USB outlets on the bedside lamps to charge our phones and Ipad. Floors were vinyl so felt much cleaner than carpet. It's a motel 6 so our expecting were low and they weren't exceeded. We were just looking for a place to sleep with quick and easy access to I-10 and this was perfect plus had a Starbucks across the street for our morning coffee. Bed was comfortable and bedding was clean.

Shower stall looked dirty so we passed on taking showers in the morning. It probably wasn't dirty just old and abused. Motel is right next to I-10 so was noisy but convenient.

Avoid staying here if possible.

Too many homeless people hanging Out and walking the property! When I arrived to check in 1 homeless man was standing by the stairs getting high huffing a can of Duster !

The staff was super kind and very helpful. The cleaning lady and gentlemen were very kind. They made sure we didn't need towels even when we weren't checking out.

The hot water did not stay hot long enough. They could use an update in the rooms.
