We have stayed at several Westgates. We would stay here again.

The couple at the front desk. So friendly and helpful. It didn’t take long to feel like old friends.

We came in for breakfast one morning, and the counters for the food had several food spills from other guests. Some of the food was uncovered. Lids had not been returned by guests. The attendant was behind the counter, texting on the phone. It doesn’t inspire a clean breakfast. The attendant the day before was very conscientious of the guests and kept a clean dining area.

albergo in posizione abbastanza comodo alle attrazioni della città ed all'entrata del parco. personale gentile e disponibile, macchina del caffè sempre accesa e lavanderia

stanze da rivedere e riammodernare, togliete quella maledetta moquette da terra!! La sala della colazione comodamente accessibile ha il limite della cucina a vista che fa molta puzza. il parcheggio è un pò sotto dimensionato

Can’t beat the value and location when you’re enjoying a Yellowstone trip.

The location couldn’t have been better. The pool, although not lavish or huge, was as perfect for the kids. And I enjoy sitting in the hot tub while they swim. It was also very clean, and the woman making breakfast was so sweet. All of the staff was so friendly, we enjoyed our stay.

It’s a bit dated, but clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was very nice. Large selection of Breakfast foods and drinks. Coffee was always hot and fresh!

The temperature in building was too warm for me....hallway, dining room. The one elevator was soooooo slowwwww!

Superb

There needs to be a G.F. cereal offered. Suggestion would be Honeynut Cherrios. There were 3 of us that was G.F. one was smart and brought his own cereal. Please realize more and more have celiac disease. Our TV did not work. Told staff we reset it without results.

Enjoyable stay with all the comforts of home.

Breakfast was good. Nice variety. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. She gave us a map and marked suggestions for dinner. Available laundry facilities was a nice plus. Location of the hotel was perfect for going back to Yellowstone the 2nd day. Beds were very comfortable.

Pleasant

I was charged twice for the room, once by booking.com and once by the front desk, even after I told them I had already paid and showed the receipt. The concierge insisted I still had to pay at the front desk and that the card wouldn't be charged twice.
