Expensive and didn’t feel clean.

Our bathroom door didn’t lock and the dark out curtains were ripped.

Unexpected Suprise!

Nothing that stood out. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.

The cost of the room was 134.00. The pet fee was 75.00 which was not told to me while checking in or on the bookings.com website. When questioned, the clerk said that it is on all 3rd. Party web sites. WRONG. He also said that it was on the pet form I signed. Well, after 6 hours of driving and barely alive, I did not have my readers, so I just signed the form. MY BAD. But, I have never before paid more than 30.00 for the dog before and usually 20.00 or less so I wasn’t expecting 75.00 when the hotel fee was 134.00. For that much they should have someone available to wipe the dog’s butt or someone to walk the dog for you. Never going to stay at a Fairfield again. If they don’t want pets, just say so. I feel that it is nothing more than a money grab at 75.00.

Can’t wait to stay again!

I liked that it was near restaurants and shopping! I like the cleanliness of the property and the welcoming feeling.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like, which is a good thing!

Great place, all the amenities great price.

Room was.nice, clean, comfortable, not far from the highway, easy on, easy off. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! Price was very good!

The people above me were stompy.

The staff was accommodating. I booked through Booking.com and it only stated a king room when I selected a king plus sofa bed. Free wi-fi, and a hot breakfast.

The walls are paper thin. Could hear the guest next door's phone conversation.

Disappointing

I always think Marriott owned properties are well maintained, unfortunately this property wasn't. It was a quick overnight stay but, I would not stay at this location again.

Difficult to get housekeeping. You have to request it the night before and we never informed at check in. But we know now. So all is well.

Good option for the location

I liked it enough to rebook it. The location is great because there is everything you need literally around the corner a mile away. It was comfortable and what I expect from the brand, though it is not one of the newer builds.

It's showing a little wear and tear, housekeeping has gotten a little slipshod in the details but the general cleanliness was perfectly fine. The mattress was a little too soft and my back ached in the morning. My complaints are minor, and this hotel is still worth the stay.

Hotel hidden fees

It was ok but not like described on the website.

What I didn't like was the fact that until after I checked out I was charged a $75 pet fee. Nothing was told to me about a pet fee when I checked in.

Wonderful stay, found a new traveling spot.

I truly loved my stay here. From the greeting staff at check in until we left, everyone and everything was great. My room was spacious and beds comfortabe.
