A noisy, ugly, uncomfortable little hotel with little or no conveniences.

Breakfast? What breakfast?

I feel that, for the price ($700/night!), it should have been far more comfortable, and the room should have been more comfortable and larger. 1. The in-room phone didn't work. 2. If the ice machines aren't on EVERY FLOOR (As they should), then put up signs. 3. Put a sign in the elevator to show where the main desk is, too.

Staff need better training on customer service.

The environment was excellent. Majority of the staff was great. Location excellent.

Staff lied on a few occasions one in particularly we were given Old Savannah trolley vouchers which we were told were complimentary, they were not. We had to pay 70 dollars. Upon checking out, staff did not thank us at all for our patronage. The female manager in the restaurant was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Not what was expected based on the cost

The property was pretty on the face. The staff I talked with were nice.

The bathroom was not clean. The shower soap trays had residual soap on the tray from another person. That tells me the room was not cleaned well which is not acceptable as one of the most expensive hotels on the river. It took one trip to the desk, two calls to the customer service, and 40 minutes to get extra coffee.

I was very displeased with the experience. The Jacuzzi tub didn’t work and they were a lot of rotten spots in the bathro

The hidden fees I booked the vacation through booking, and all fees and taxes were supposed to be included but after I left, I receive a resort fee which I was told was complementary at the front desk. I will have never used the vouchers if I knew I had to pay for them.

Dog hair all over the carpets and bed. Music from bar above room was very loud until after midnight.

Amazing place. Will be coming back.

The restaurant was under staffed, I believe because we had to wait 25 minutes before someone came. Other people were leaving. The next morning I had to find the man in the suit to seat us. We waited another 30 minutes and ended up eating somewhere else. As I looked around, other people where leaving too. Sad because I looked around and there was only 3 tables that were served at that time. Not busy at the time we came in. Grumpy looking suit guy that seated us.

Restaurant fell short. Loved everything eles. The door workers were amazing. Greeted you and opened the door for you. Offered water. Never had we stayed at a place that was so inviting. I will be coming back.

the roof top and restaurant food and staff were terrific. Staff for check in, check out not very friendly or accommodating. asked for additional coffee for in room and never received.

Great location, room and staff.

The staff was so friendly. Everyone seems happy and was helpful especially the valet! I’m picky about my sheets and bed and it was nice and comfortable! Would stay again!

The decor is beautiful.

The price is a lot for them not having a pool and breakfast not included . Also the jacuzzi jets were not working and I on the picture it shows my room had a balcony but it didn’t .

For the amount of money spent per night we expected more. The quality of service was closer to $200

The location.

We were not informed there would be construction. We were there on a Sunday and the construction started early as well. No help with our luggage and valet in the evening was less than professional.

nice to have a few days to relax

we liked it was walking distance to most of what we wanted to do. Cedric was awesome, and informative.

Didn’t like that we had to use valet parking and that the parking wasn’t onsite, plus pay an extra $48/day to park at a hotel we were already paying $500/night to stay at. The servers were not very attentive at the rooftop bar.
