Loved the remodel!!!
My room was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable. I travel alone and I feel very safe at the location.
Nothing, this is where I always stay when I go to Stsre College

Room and staff were wonderful
Currently undergoing renovations which were not disclosed when booking. Some noise, painting and lots of workers on first floor. Pool was also closed because of the work.

Most of the hotel under renovation at the time of stay. Got a room under a very noisy roof. No chance to sleep as the air conditioning unit was so loud. Talk to reception twice about my problem but they were unwilling to help. The hotel looks old

Easy to get to, and clean.
We were told we had a free breakfast when we checked in but when we went to breakfast, we were told that it was not free and we would have to pay for it. This was frustrating and confusing.

Clean, very comfortable with great AC, and the staff were wonderful
Construction was happening while we stayed and you could hear the banging all day.

that the location was very convenient
that my toilet was clogged but they took care of it also that was a lil noisy also the bar area didn’t stay open long enough

The rooms were big, clean, and not cramped.
Shows that breakfast was part of the deal when in fact it is offered at the Bistro and is available however it is full price as it would be to go to a restaurant. The food was good but was advertised differently.

Exceptional staff. Friendly and helpful.
The in-house restaurant was great for breakfast but dinner/snacks in evening were poor quality.

We liked the location. It is very close to Penn State. We wish we had more time there. It was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and we slept well.
A cheaper price would always be better. We are always looking to save money as a family of 6.

Great location for on campus activities. Nice decor and friendly staff. Nice bistro area and lounge area. Excellent Mexican restaurant in back of the hotel( 15 second walk!)
Lighting not bright enough in the room, especially in the sink area for applying makeup/hair. Refrigerator not cold enough and no microwave.

The location and the place was clean
The staff was unfriendly… almost nasty except the gentleman working in The coffee shop.
I wanted to drink the bottle of water in my room and it was open and filled with top water. There was no shampoo . All i got were shower gels. I guess housekeeping does not pay attention my room #316
