The staff was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was very well done and kept stocked. The hotel is in a good location and the room was a decent size.
The pictures and descriptions are slightly misleading. The description lists that the hotel has a pool but fails to mention that it is only open from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day weekend, so if you have children intending to swim remember that. Also, there's a daily 10.00 charge for parking, which isn't mentioned. The clerk mentioned it when I checked in, but didn't say it was a daily charge. Some might say that's not much, but if you're on a budget and staying several days, it adds up.

Spacious. Quiet. Roomy. The pool and outdoor seating was nice.
Not enough seating - there were 6 of us with only a couch for 2, 1 living room chair, and 1 chair at the table.
Not enough glassware for the 6 of us either but thank goodness we had water bottles or take-out cups. I’m sorry if people are breaking or stealing the stuff?

Sofa bed was very very uncomfortable. My kids couldn't able to sleep the whole night, it was bending from middle. They don't have extra mattress to replace sofa bed. The carpet was very old and had dirty spots. The shower curtain was dirty.

All the staff was SUPER friendly and helpful. The place seemed to be kept up nicely and the breakfast was average (I like making my own waffles). We had our dog with us and he was very comfortable there.
Beds were comfortable, but not the best. Everything else was great.

We come to Louisville to visit family frequently. We always stay here because of the home style setting. Private entrance and kitchen work well for us.
Breakfast is good. I know covid really changed things. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I have stayed in RI before and just love the setup. The people also were extremely nice and helpful.
The breakfast was ok. There were pre-made egg omelets and few other choices, but nothing special. The bagels were rock hard, typical of these kinds of breakfasts. The beds were terrible. They were extremely uncomfortable, causing back pain throughout the night and upon waking. The shower, for example, was showing its age. The caulking around the tub was was rusted, and it makes one feel "dirty" while showering. There was a large stain on the living room carpet stains on the carpets up the stairs and upstairs (we had a two bedroom). Also the a/c was odd. The bedroom was hot while the living room was cool, and the a/c duct blew directly onto the bed in the downstairs bedroom. One more thing! - my husband was stung by a bee and another flying bug while dragging our things upstairs.

We did eat breakfast there. But it looked good.
I thought the living room and bedroom would be in separate rooms.

The exterior of the property was neat and the grounds were well maintained. The location was convenient to food and major roads.
The interior was dirty, smelly, and in poor repair. The bottom of the bathtub was mushy beneath my feet, I wondered if the boards underneath it were rotted. in fact there was a divot so that the water did not drain properly after a shower. Additionally, though this was a suite that was supposed to have a fully stocked kitchen, there was only one fork. The coffee supplies included only decaf and one packet of cream and sugar. There was a bag for a hair dryer but no actual dryer. when I asked at the front desk about getting forks or a dryer, I was told that they had a bunch of stuff stolen during Derby week and were still restocking. That was six weeks before we stayed so that seems like a long time. Finally, there was a distinct urine smell in the room. I bought a bunch of Febreeze because I couldn’t get my money back, otherwise we would not have stayed.
