Beautiful grounds. Friendly staff!

Breakfast was great! Staff were very friendly and a happy welcome. Room was well equipped Great location. Loved the back patio area with tables, fire pit and river

Nice location , nice room, good service. Definitely stay again.

Breakfast was better than most hotel breakfast. Good healthy options in Addison to the regular/expected items.

Disappointed, not a good value at all.

Our room was cleaned only once in the 3 days we were there, and we had to request that. We had to request clean bath linens. We were disappointed in our stay. We were denied one of the treat bags because we booked through Booking.com instead of direct with the site, even though we are Bonvoy and Elite members of Marriott. Also the facilities definitely need to be refurbished. They are run-down and outdated.

Good choice for longer stays.

Nice, spacey apartment. Friendly staff. Fairly quiet location (we were there on a week-end, though). Nice breakfast.

Filthy pool area. Issues with laundry room but they were swiftly solved by staff.

lovely. Robyn made all the difference.

I stayed in a room with kitchen. and was well stocked with stuff to make food for 2.

that they didn’t have any maps available. later I found out, at breakfast talking to Robyn that the maps are in the laundry room. not sure why, if I didn’t speak about it, the front desk would never said to be to get the maps there.

Breakfast was typical for Residence Inn. There were a few glitches with items not being restocked, but overall, what is to be expected for this type of facility.

High Priced Disappointment.

Most comfortable beds of any hotel I've stayed at.

The pool was too small, and there was no hot tub. We needed the sofa sleeper for a family member. It turned out to have a very old mattress with a huge stain on it. Ask the hotel for a roll away bed, and was told it would be an extra charge.😔 Found a pair of ladies used lace underwear hanging on our door knob one morning. Reported it, but received no reply from HM.

next time iplan a trip to Zion I will stay at the Residence Inn in Provo

the staff was friendly and accommodating, My room was clean and extremely spacious, there was easy access to the WiFi and breakfast was filling with a wide variety of delicacies. I will definitely tell my friends and family about booking,com and Residence Inn in Provo

I was completely satisfied. if i had to complain anything it would be that my room was so comfortable I had a hard time getting up early for my morning workout

Great property and great service

Our amazing experience at this Marriott property is owed almost entirely to Sydney who was working the front desk alone when my wife and I arrived. She greeted us kindly and asked how we were doing. I told her “not good”. We needed extraordinary help and she rose to the occasion. But not just that; she didn’t make us feel bad or guilty about what we were asking. She was gracious and treated us with dignity and respect. She was even able to seamlessly help another guest check-in whilst helping us. We also owe a debt of gratitude to housekeeping, maintenance, and to whomever hired Sydney. The property is immaculate. Every detail in the room is perfect. Every light worked. Every outlet worked. The key card worked. The carpet was clean enough to walk barefoot. There was no smell in the room. I could keep going but let me just highlight one more thing. In our kitchenette, there are salt and pepper shakers. And inside of the shakers there were packets or salt and packets of pepper. I didn’t think this was classy at first but then I thought about how we normally find these items: salt all clumped up speckled with rice and pepper old as dirt sitting out in its own dust. This way we can empty the brand new packets into pristine shakers. We love this place and wish we could stay longer. This is our go to in Provo.

Big Rooms and a good breakfast

The Wi-Fi went out on the first day of our two day stay. Never came back on! Had to drive to Starbucks to complete business meetings. One of the washing machines was piped up backwards... hot was cold. Clothes shrank a little.
