Nice gym attached to the hotel
Overpriced for mediocre hotel, uncomfortable beds and pillows, faulty ac/fan. Wouldn’t recommend or stay here again.

Amazing for family and adulting.
Nothing. Didn’t like bookings new procedures of cancellation. It used to be easy to reschedule. Rescheduling this trip was easy when talking with the property. Booking was inconvenient!!!

I wish I had written it before. However, during the days we stayed at the hotel (July 17th - July 24th), unfortunately, we caught germs from the dirty AC filter in the room and the pool. For this reason, I was sick and trying to recover.
Please look at the pictures. I had booked with Booking.com. And I paid in advance.
I had booked a room for 1 week. For 4 people. But we ran away from the hotel on the 5th day.
This place was listed as a sports and health hotel. I thought it would be clean. But apart from its appearance, it was a really bad hotel.
We booked a room for 4 people. After 3 days, we all started coughing. At first, we didn't understand what was happening. Then we saw the AC filter next to the bed. It probably hadn't been changed for at least 1 year. Maybe more. Therefore, we all had an allergic cough.
The water flowing from the AC had soaked the carpet next to the bed so badly that the room smelled of damp.
My sister and mother got skin fungus from the pool.
Because children under the age of 12 swim in the adult pool and the pool is dirty because they pee. Actually, there is a children's pool and it is a rule. But the hotel management does not care. I blurred the background in the picture. Because I did not want to show the children. The fault here is not the children's or the parents'. It is completely the hotel management's fault.
There are swimming lanes reserved for adults in the pool. But you cannot swim comfortably because the children jump into the lanes. We reported this but we were going to tell the lifeguard. But the lifeguards are already watching them. They do not do anything.
We really had to beg the front desk to change the sheets. Because they do not change them. They changed them on the 4th day but the sheets were stained. They also did not change the pillow cases.
They did not even want to clean the room. For this reason, we had to sleep with the trash in the room for 2 days and emptied the trash ourselves.
We tried to explain these problems to the front desk. The rude lady named Natali who said she was the manager only replied to us saying if you are not happy, go. We forwarded the issue to Boking.com. And booking tried to reach the hotel a few times. However, Natalie, who said she was the manager, definitely did not answer booking's calls.
Due to the problems, I asked for a refund for the remaining days and that we would be leaving the hotel early. However, the manager Natalie said that the money was with Booking.com and that the hotel would definitely not refund me. This is a lie.
I know that Booking is still looking into the issue. I would like to thank booking.com for this.
By the way, children under the age of 12 are using the spa pool inside, even though it is prohibited. I did not want to take a picture because the child was in the spa pool alone and it would not have been nice.
The elevator buttons are as dirty as you can imagine, we even saw food residues on the buttons. Going down (5th floor) or going up was a real pain in a dirty elevator.
I love children. I am a mother too, but this hotel is definitely not a good place to relax. My son (14 years old) wanted to play basketball a few times. But there are too many members of the hotel from outside. So even if you stay at the hotel, you can't use the basketball court. Because they rent the basketball court to play tennis.
So you paid money but they don't have time for you.
Also, the hotel's wifi wasn't working. And since the TV was constantly breaking down, we called room service twice but the result was the same. The TV wasn't working.
Only when we were leaving the hotel, the manager, whose name I remember was Vivian, took care of the issue and was very respectful. And he really apologized. And he said he would report the issue. I think Vivian is a great chance for this hotel. I just want to thank Vivian for her interest.
If you are thinking of such a bad experience.

The amenities are great! Comfortable and safe feeling for a solo traveler. The only negative is the restaurant. Some of their waitresses are a little snooty and rude and they close too early
Pool bar not open and the restaurant.

clean and quiet. incredible view out the window.
Breakfast was not included. Could pay an additional $25 to partake of a sparse buffet in a tiny corner of the restaurant which appeared set aside for hotel guests. The vending machines on two of the floors had three water buttons, but no water available, just soda-pop and energy drinks in stock. Water was $6 for a small bottle from the lobby. Parking was $33 per night, in a parking garage that appeared to have more than enough spaces to accommodate hotel guests and gym-goers. The parking garage was empty at night except for the hotel guests. Paying $33 each. Just ended up feeling like we were nickel-and-dimed at every turn. I travel regularly for business, and this experience - for the price - was shocking. I would never recommend the hotel or stay in it again as a result.
