Mostly good, would stay there again

Good location (close to the interstate); breakfast was pretty good; easy to check in and check out; bed was comfortable; good water pressure in shower; spacious room; ample parking

Elevator was a bit slow; maid knocked before we checked out and didn't give us time to come and open the door before she opened it to come in to clean, which was unnerving (and unprofessional, as it didn't take my husband that long to get to the door, and he called out as he walked to the door to let the person know we were in there!); walls are a bit thin, so, you can hear people in the hallways (unless you're the maid, apparently...).

The facility was good the service was not

Good location Clean room Spacious

Heat did not work in the room we informed front desk and they said they would fix it. After visiting our son we returned at 11pm only to find the heat was still not fixed. The new person at the front desk had no idea we reported an issue , said someone would fix it so I just requested another room.

Very good and will be back

I loved how attentive the employees were to any of my needs. I loved that valuable information was given to me without even knowing or asking for it and that made me more comfortable and trusting

The curtains were slightly see thru and I couldn’t adjust the inner curtain to block off any visibility

Well worth it

Great front desk . Quiet. Room was clean and bigger than expected.

Not that it was a problem but the room had a few broken drawer and door faces. Curtains wouldn't close all the way. Took absolutely nothing away from my stay.

Get breakfast somewhere else

Bedding was very comfortable.

Breakfast was disappointing. Was expecting buffet style breakfast as most hotels offer. This location has a small cafe counter with choices of a hot plate or cold plate.. food wasn't cooked throughly and tasteless.

Will not stay here next time I visit New brunswick

nothing I like. Will stay at another hotel next time

1. Long time waiting for the elevator 2. The staff at the front desk does not know what early check-in means. 3. The first room we stayed in is horrible. The door cannot be locked and can be opened from outside by a simple push. 4. Sound isolation is zero.

Good location and quiet but bad air conditioning

Location was good. Friendly staff and clean lobby

Air conditioning in th Le room was motion sensorEd so the 3X i returned tomy room it was hot & stuffy. This was also problematic during the night while sleeping… the fan would not work unless I stood up and moved around the room and made for an unpleasant sleeping temperature and caused interrupted sleep. For this reason I will never use this hotel ever again.

The room was very clean,the bed was very comfortable The breakfast was delicious.

The pool area was nice , nice suply of clean towels and comfortable seating but the pool floor needed to be vacuumed.

Beautiful but full amenities not available

The room was beautiful and there was a restaurant right attached, we didn't stay , it was a shame because we loved the room and restraint convenience

We booked here because it listed an indoor pool. We have 3 kids under 8 and that is the main reason we book where we book for the pool. Upon arrival we were informed the pool was inoperable , so we were granted pardon of payment and did not stay the night. Disappointing. You should email guests when amenities are unavailable prior to their check in. We are from Boston and scurried to find a hotel to entertain our kids.

Awful and no rest for a huge meeting I had on 8/1.

Refreshed look, rooms not so much.

Loud music, called 6x until the management finally did something. Ended up going until 2am and having them removed. It was next door to me, room 322.

We enjoyed our stay despite some hiccups and small issues.

The beds were comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. When I requested for the pool area to be cleaned, because there was hair on the ground, they did it immediately and apologized. The pool water was warm and not cold which was great!

The pool area was extremely stuffy and hot, and there was no ventilation. There was hair on the floor, and although there were rules in place, people ( a couple) were drinking beer in and around the pool and smoking cigarettes near an open door outside, so all the smoke was blown into the pool area. On my first night swimming, I had a headache as smoke irritates me. The bathroom tiles need to be grouted. Guests were extremely noisy late at night in the hallways, with no respect for sleeping children. These are not great reviews but it needs to be said so it can be corrected.
