Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff in the lobby were very courteous.

The location was excellent as it was only a few minutes from the airport. We ate breakfast each morning my wife and I were at this SpringHill Suites. The guest room was very comfortable and quiet.

Unfortunately, we arrived at this SpringHill Suites as work was beginning on the swimming pool. So, we did not have the chance to enjoy the pool.

At best, an “it’ll do hotel” if you don’t have better options.

The staff were all nice. we had to get towels and toilet paper from them most days.

we were not informed the pool would be closed the entire time we were there. Housekeeping came one of the 4 nights we were there. There was a sign on the door of the hotel citing the hotel for unregistered construction. Breakfast is DONE by 9:30 so do not expect to come down and eat at 9:25, it’s all packed up. Elevator is jumpy, you can hear all your neighbors and the hotel is generally not well kept.

Rooms nice and comfortable.

Went down for breakfast at 9:30am on a Sunday and everything was gone. I’ve stayed at several SpringHill Suites other than this one and I was disappointed with the breakfast choices that were available.

READERS beware!!!! Nothing bad about the hotel BECAUSE they didn’t have a room for me!!!!! Seriously, I had a booking.com confirmation and they had no room. I totally blame Booking.com for this. Don’t know who to contact about this but I had a horrible experience with BOOKING.COM! I couldn’t find a room. 12:30am and I had no room! Use caution when book!!

The size of the room, a lot of space and storage. the hotel serves a good breakfast , wi-fi is not good but paying a very low amount daily, Wi-Fi is great. The location is great very close to the airport and the Ringlin museum of art and other attractions. Do not miss a walk to Indian Beach and the sunset.

Rooms need some TLC, but are very comfortable Wi-Fi is not good but I upgraded it , paying 4.95 dollars daily and was excellent.

Would not stay there again unless the elevators are operational.

Location.

The elevators were not working. Climbing stairs to the 3rd floor got old real fast. The elevators need to be put back in service. We were there 5 nights, and no indication a repairman had even been called.

It's clean, safe, and close to everything interesting in Sarasota.

It was very clean. The bed/pillows were perfect. I slept like a log.

The room was advertised as a suite. It really wasn't one. There was a makeshift wall with a desk separating the sofa/microwave from the sleeping area in my room. This isn't a proper suite. They are undergoing some degree of renovation, which is not disclosed during booking. The elevator doesn't work, and some of the advertised facilities were just empty rooms awaiting paint and drywall work.

location, breakfast, size of room, bed comfort, 2 televisions, bath set-up, pleasant staff.

Could have been a bit cleaner. Hair on floor in bathroom. Only one towel and one washcloth provided. Sofa needed some cleaning from some previous occupants' "escapades."

2nd visit to Sarasota

Sufficiently comfortable hotel with affordable price, very clean, not noisy, good location,friendly staff, good internet, parking place is more than enough. Recommended for 7 - 10 days vacation.

Breakfast could be a little better. This visit we have not a safe in room.

They didn't have maid service when we were there, only had made service after people checked out so if we had garbage we had to leave it outside the door and would take all day, sometimes the next I believe they were short staffed

The rooms were comfy and enjoyed the space

The general manager was not friendly at all. She was rude and very disrespectful. The other front dest employees were wonderful i dont see how they work for someone like that
