Hotel staff rocked but the bed was a pile of rocks!

The front desk staff and the lady overseeing the daily breakfast were outstanding. Friendly, helpful and courteous would be my best way to describe them. The breakfast was very good. Tasty food with a nice variety of options!

Our room was spacious and laid out well BUT the bed was awful as well as the couch. The mattress on the bed was hard as a rock. I absolutely could not get comfortable and could not sleep due to being in pain. The couch was equally hard. Also, the hallways smelled highly deoderized My eyes started burning and I began coughing each time I stepped out of our room and upon our arrival back to the hotel.

Good for a short trip with kids, but there are better options

Its on a good location with many shops and restaurants around. Bathroom was very clean. Breaksfast is ok (standard). The rooms that have a bed, sofa bed and a kitchenette was good and comfortable.

Its really old and not well maintained. You can see many stains on the carpet, walls that really need paint touch ups, rust on many inside metallic parts (ac outlets),

Never again.

The staff was a pleasure to do business with, and a great representation for the company.

No hot water. No working lights at the make-up counter. Loose tile in bathroom. Loose tile in kitchen. Wall paper falling off the walls. Dead bugs all around the pull out sofa.

Overall great value and amenities. We will definitely stay again!

The staff was really accommodating and nice!

The laundry room was not available, but the front office let us use the staffs. Our room had an electrical shortage and we had to keep flipping the breaker.

Location was great, staff was friendly and helpful.

Place was rundown. Carpet was held down with duct tape in breakfast area and had holes in the 2 rooms we had. There were bugs, dirt, and inoperable air conditioning.

We were only there pretty much for sleeping and that didn't go well because need so uncomfortable

Liked the kitchen. Would be nice for longers stays.

The bed was very uncomfortable, did not sleep much at all. The rooms need some updating. Need new flooring, the carpet is gross, and repair things such as water leaks in bathroom and tile creeking. Update decor. Was a musty smell when entering room.

Miss Hernandez at the front desk was amazing. She was the sweetest lady we have talked to. She helped us with so many things. Snack time was the best part of the day!

Our a/c broke in our room so it was very hot. But they definitely took care of it for us!

Just fine -- exactly what we needed.

We rented this 2 BR K suite for our kids from OOT. They loved it and the breakfast was included I think. We will do it again.... Thanks, J. Purvis

The price was a little higher than last time I think, but we did add kids and we booked thru' Booking.com Next time we might just call locally and see how that is!

Ive come here a few times. Very comfortable and very convenient of the amenities of the kitchenette that the room has. Along with the living room and the bedroom being separated.

On checkout night, my boyfriend noticed a handful of hair on the walll of the tub. Ot was hiding behind the curtains. Not sure if that was a miss or not from the cleaning staff, but that was very gross to see. Gross to think about honestly

Having a kitchen and separate rooms/living area was a huge benefit with a family 6. It was great to have the social hour with snacks and breakfast available. The location was GREAT! The hotel is right next to grocery stores, restaurants and so much more!

The breakfast selection was very limited, but it was still convenient. The property looked a little run down (e.g. the paint was peeling, some doors looked broken, etc.)
