Not worth the money

Breakfast was good, but you were constantly running out of things. There’s not enough room for the setup

Change setup to be more functional for waffle station

Nice clean and comfortable place with friendly staff. But they dropped the ball on breakfast

OMG they didn't have food for breakfast because their delivery truck never came.Ok, but they should have petty cash, or back up food source. Breakfast is important whilst traveling. They tried by putting out what they had on hand, but it was a total fail and disappointment 😞 That being said everything else was impeccable and staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The facility was very very clean.

No food for breakfast ( no eggs. Bacon toast etc.) They did have dry products such as cereal etc. And the coffee was good, but now we have to head out and get breakfast

Very quiet room

The location is quiet with plenty of safe space for a walk. The walls must be very well made because I did not hear any sound from other rooms! Breakfast was decent with a large variety of oatmeal toppings.

The shower head leaked which we reported to the front desk.

Hotel was good, although we had no shampoo or conditioner in our bathroom, as with other guests.

Breakfast and location were perfect for us.

Booking.com lost my reservation, luckily the Fairfield Inn still had it. I had to try to scramble at the last minute to try to figure out what hotel I was booked at, it completely disappearing from my Booking.com app on my phone, I literally had to look at pictures and call the surrounding hotels to try figure it out. I'm hearing that complaint from others also as I bring it up. Not a good issue for Booking.com!

The rooms were very clean. I felt very comfortable and the front desk staff were very friendly. The location is close to shopping and restaurants to stay busy while in the area!

The fire alarm system went off during the night. Thankfully it was a system error and not a major emergency. The staff were very professional in explaining the situation and helped put the guests at ease!

cold room, noisy conditions, and TV that did not work with remote in 2nd room we were assigned to.

good location for the mall

Room assigned was cold, very noisy wall heater/A/C unit by window. Went to look out the window when snow was reported on TV and found the sliding indoor window partially open letting in the cold air. Reported temperature/chilly conditions and open window to front desk and they changed out room to room next door, only one TV worked in that new room, TV by window did not respond to remote. Very sad.

Hardly any customers, had the breakfast to ourselves. Parking lot was almost vacant and yet the serP

No coffee available, went to front desk. Front desk got some coffee. Egg on a bun stale, could not cut it.

Paid $10.00 for parking. In the past 3 weeks stayed at 6 different hotels and never paid for parking. When we first arrived, the front desk receptionist was sitting down and never got up from her chair until I said we had a reservation. She said she could not find our reservation from ‘ BOOKING.COM’ and asked if we would like to book a room. I was confused and did not want to pay twice. Another employee came in and spotted the reservation ( there was a spelling mistake). We got our room after all. The first receptionist was not helpful and appeared distracted. Not a good welcoming.

Great location. Close to the mall, restaurants, everything that you need if you are travelling.

The only issue was not about the hotel, but behaviour of guests and their children. Parents should not allow their children to run up and down the hallways, creating lots of noise at any time of day or evening, and then defend the behaviour. Lots of sporting events happen throughout the year, which is a fun time for families and teams, which I can appreciate. BUT, parents should be instructed that they are staying at a hotel where there are others guest, NOT a recreation facility.

it was a relaxed hassle

I loved the room it was very comfortable.

they tried to charge me a smoking fee and I never smoked in the room. we have a medical card so we did roll up in the room but never smoked in it at all. I wouldn’t recommend anyone who smokes stay here.
