It was our second time staying in this hotel. We will stay again!

Staff were friendly. I love the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. It makes traveling so much easier. We also loved the beds. They were so comfortable that we skipped shopping to relax. Having the option to check into our own Netflix is another great option.

It would be nice if there were microwaves in the rooms. That is the only thing that my room didn't have. Otherwise loved the big space as other hotel rooms would be so cramped.

I expected continental breakfast for the price of the room. Our room was way too warm we had to open a window and turning down the heat didn't do a thing.

When booking, the price to have a dog along was not listed. I understand most places have some sort of fee for a pet. So it was a surprise at the check in that they charged $100 for pet cleaning fee which I find absurd. My dog leaves hair behind. Thats not $100 worth of cleaning. After check in I did look up their hotel website and found they listed the fee amount on the hotels actual site but who books a room on the actual site of a hotel anymore. It should be listed on 3rd parties sites also (booking.com). Also if you dont like coffee in the morning you better bring your own bottle of water to breakfast because coffee is the only thing included with the breakfast included with your hotel stay if you choose that. They wouldnt even give me a cup of water. Pretty rediculous. For the reason of a $100 pet cleaning fee I will never stay at this hotel again. Places just as good that only charge $25-50.

Most of the other lodgings that we have been to have a coffee bar 24hours, especially in the same price range. Limited items in the little food area. It wasn't replenished in the 3 nights that we stayed there Out of your control: the road construction tion made it very difficult to get to our destination...not Mariotts' fault, perhaps there could be a disclaimer that construction was going on in the area OR provide maps and alternates for distribution. Waze not Google or the installed GPS had no knowledge for alternative routes.

Overall, this hotel is old/very outdated, stinky and missing common things we'd expected to have.

I chose this location since it's the closest hotel to my house. I rented it for my mother, sister and niece to stay in. My niece is two years old so she really enjoyed the shallow pool. Customer service was adequate, we didn't really react with them though, just the initial check-in and he was kind.

The entire hotel wreaks of mold. My mother has asthma and COPD so this was really upsetting and hurt her. My throat is still sore and I don't have those issues. The entire hotel is dated. The lobby was cool looking with new modern-ish furniture though. The carpets, walls, room furniture & etc. are probably from the 70s. Our room didn't have any garbage bags, there were handprints and God only knows what else on the walls and headboards. Whatever cleaner was used or not used smelled bizarre (in the bathroom area). The only elevator near was really scary and is probably from the 70s as well. The bearing is going out in it, it makes creepy noises and jerks because of this and is really small. There weren't any available luggage carts and the hot tube in the pool area was clearly cemented over, this was disappointing. I booked via Booking.com, and paid for the double queen room that was supposed to include breakfast but we were told we'd have to pay extra. So we left early and made breakfast ourselves.
