Kind of gross, really.

Was on our route, however there were multiple other hotels right in the same area and i wish we would have booked one of those.

The first room had plaster from the ceiling falling on the bed, bed was made but clearly sheets were not replaced, there was a cock roach in the room on the door, the hall smelled of weed, the bathroom shower was not clean. I asked for a replacement room and it was provided. It was a little better, but there was some white substance on the bed sheets and the shower was also dirty so we didn't bother to use.

Not at all what I paid for... have stayed with other expensesive and cheaper hotels that gave us aMa

Was very excited to be so disappointed... conformation said $183 credit card charges $190...Didn't have free breakfast ate somewhere else .. tables...mirrors..rim of toilet dirty...half roll toilet paper...mattress cover rolled up in center of bed very uncomfortable ... unfriendly staff... housekeeping knocked on door at 8:30 to when we were leaving check out at 11 am.. very DISAPPOINTED 😞... with stay... will never recommend or stay here again...

Very DISAPPOINTED with overall experience...we were so excited at first about our stay... first time ever with Marriott and LAST...such a ritsy place to be so dissatisfied with the experience...

stay was nice except for not having breakfast as stated in reservation

We repaid for breakfast, but nobody was attending the cafe to serve us. We finally had to leave and asked that our bill be created for the breakfast not being available.

Breakfast not available due to staff did not show up as per the front desk.

Great stay in Florence

This was a great hotel for the price available. Location is just off I-95 and right acrosss the street from multiple food options and the mall in Florence. Check in process was smooth and the hotel staff was coutreous and professional. I choose this hotel over others because the service is unbeatable.

Short overnight stay but not exactly pleasant

Nothing special or remarkable

They gave us a handicapped room and bathroom light was connected on same switch as fan and made such a horrible loud noise you could not turn light on in there. Coffee kit had nothing to add to coffee- no sugar, creamer, anything.

Maybe someone needs to check on what’s going on with the food.

The location is very good. Close to restaurants, the mall, gas stations etc.

There were complaints about the breakfast. My parents were going downstairs, got off of the elevator and a gentleman said if they were going to breakfast don’t because the food was horrible. The same thing came from 2 other people. My mom had a burger from downstairs and ended up with a stomach ache all night and wasn’t able to sleep until about 4am.

Breakfast was great the staff that did breakfast was great. A couple of the desk attendants were great and friendly and I was safe

I had to change rooms because my room wasn’t clean and the next room my bathtub wasn’t clean it had a ring around it.

Very noisy, under construction. Office employee said they hammer and drill from sunrise to sunset. When it gets dark they stop hammering and drills jack hammer omg 😧

There was no breakfast! I went down 8:30am to some guy ranting about how his cook didn’t show up and asked did I want a piece of toast because he “believes” he can make that . Total joke I just walked away in disbelief

I was very disappointed.

exterior remodeling, didn’t get breakfast I paid for, couldn’t get a bulb replaced, room needed updating, dirty carpet, uncooperative and inexperienced staff.

great location, staff friendly, would recommend it

the location was perfect for what we went there for. we was there for a demolition derby and the track was right behind our hotel. the staff was very friendly and helpful.

advertisement incorrect and needs updating, no whirlpool. Disappointed

No hot tub/whirlpool as advertised. Staff said it was filled in with cement a couple of years ago. I understand it is due to Covid, but why advertisement had not been updated did make me upset. False advertisement makes me not want to trust booking .com and Marriott Hotels. Staff said this is were it needs to be updated. On the hotel itself they still had sign up by door of pool that said whirlpool. See pictures. Not a happy costumer.

Inspite above, overall was good. The young lady (short black lady) was extremely kind and pleasant.

Did not like bkft. Eggs were powder/not real eggs. Hashbrown potatoes were not fresh, had taste n smell of old.

No one came to clean our room day 2. I had to go to desk to get clean towels.

Room was clean. This hotel is off my lists of places to stay.

Not much.

Arrived to find no luggage carts in lobby. Went to dinner and returned to no luggage carts in the lobby. Asked the hotel employe where they were. And if he could find one for us. Stated there were no other employees working in the hotel. So I had to wander around looking for a cart on the second floor to locate a cart so I could unload my car. I understand staff shortages - however this stay started off with needless aggravation that I do not expect or desire.
