Notthat fault of the property, but the couple across from us got into a screaming match, complete with slamming doors, profanities, and hallway mayhem. It was around 10:30 at night, my kids woke me up scared. Management took care of it quickly, but it was not pleasant.

Location is great and breakfast is good. Nice staff.

Door looked like it had been pried open and not repaired. Room about us was up stomping all hours of the night. Empty and unmarked pill bottle was in the hallway outside our door. Outdated. Weed smell and dogs barking coming from the rooms as walking down the hallway to our room.

The older lady that was the only staff on site carried a different TV to my room because mine was not functional. Sad that she did not have better support for such an obvious problem for a guest. Beds were good.

TV did not work. Waited couple hours but only person on site brought another TV to my room, she could not get any help but thankfully was able to watch second half of game after missing first half. Breakfast was not very good. AC could not read temp and made strange noises intermittently.

The furnishings were nice but were not clean! The bed was that’s about it.

The lobby was nice but once we got to the room you could clearly tell the floor hadn’t been mopped. You could see where the previous guest had spilled something and it was never cleaned up. There was hair on the toilet and urine around the back side of the toilet seat. we were so exhausted I just took a wet rag and mopped up the floor with my shoe. The toilet I sprayed down with hand sanitizer and wore a glove to clean up the mess. This morning at 8 am the maid was knocking on doors try to clean rooms, the breakfast is non existent like advertised. We have stayed at other facilities and even with Covid they have more options! We will not stay again PERIOD!

Staff was not helpful only went there for indoor pool but it was closed down price was supposed to be $228 but they charged my card $270 I would of thought I should of got a discount since no pool but staff would not offer me anything
