Disappointed

The beds were comfortable.

There was only one soap in one bathroom, no tissues at all, only one towel and one washcloth, and one small roll of toilet paper. This is very unlike Marriott. The glass barn doors on the bathroom offered little privacy and lit up the whole room if you turned on the bathroom light at night, very poor planning!

Close to many places- loved 2 separate sinks and shower in one and toilet in another-

No shampoo- trundle bed dirty when you pulled out lots of crumbs and popcorn no shampoo or soap-empty dispenser One small tv Food was left in fridge from previous people Not much might in room - so dark Expensive Pool and gym super small Night receptionist- older Hawaiian quite rude we didn’t have blanket, pillow and sheets for trundle not enough towels- she gave us mean attitude. Stain on side of beds- there should never have stains on sheets- bedding or towels - breakfast- not much to choose from- not much variety not good-

Little extras for breakfast and better tasting waffles. The rooms were nice and comfortable.

The pool needed to be serviced! It should not smell like chlorine in the pool room! It means the chlorine levels are not being monitored correctly.

Great room, clean, comfortable & the staff was great!

I am super sensitive to odors & was pleasantly surprised that all I smelled was Clean! We couldn't even smell the breakfast odors & we were on the same floor as the dining/eating area. Our room was comfortable, clean & roomy. If we happen to visit Logan, UT again, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

My only complaint is that the toilet paper is just a grade above sandpaper.

Weekend get away

The room was very nice and the view was great. I loved that the toilet was separate from the shower. Breakfast was ok, I had a waffle and some hot chocolate, some turkey sausage which had very little flavor and scrambled eggs which I put salsa on. It was a help yourself, make your own deal.

The worst part of the room was the chair at the desk, very uncomfortable and there was only one in a room with two beds. There were not any vending machines. You have to go down to a little store, very little, by the front desk.

We come to Logan on a regular basis and always live in Springhill Suites as the location is perfect for the business we come for. Staff is always very attentive and serviceminded and the rooms are comfortable and big.

This time we were affected by a water pipe burst, but in the situation staff was very helpful informing us when the repair had taken place. Breakfast is a typical travellers breakfast - too industrial for our taste. A lot of onetime use plastic are used there.

We loved how clean it was!pool and hot tub were nice

Requested a bathtub and didn’t get it,the shower needed a shelf or seat for for women to shave their legs. There was a big space under the door so the light came in, And you could hear out in the hall.

We would recommend staying at SpringHill Suites to our friends and family.

Everything about our stay was great. The room was a generous size. The trundle bed worked well for our oldest child. The room was very clean and a nice layout that worked well for our family. The staff was kind and knowledgeable. The pool was great fun and the bathrooms next to the pool were very well kept. We would definitely stay here again

The location was busy, but that's not a changeable thing. The room more than made up for that.

I did not love the door to the bathroom because in the middle of the night when someone goes in you can see the light, but other than that it was great.

Nice facility, but not so nice Internet

The facilities were very nice. I liked the nice large room, and sitting area. I liked the good location, with places to eat just across the parking lot.

We arrived on a Friday evening. There were NO parking spaces available in the lot around the hotel. I was told that I could park in the parking garage across the street, or any of the other parking spaces in front of businesses. I didn't want my car to be parked away from the hotel, so I spent about 1/2 hour circling the parking lot, until a space became available. The main thing that was an issue was the Internet went down on Saturday morning, and was not restored the rest of our stay. We checked out on Sunday. We were really disappointed that there was no internet for the majority of our stay. The breakfast was ok, nothing special.

It was clean and spacious. It was also super easy to find and book.

There isn’t anything I didn’t like. It was great. We will come again.
