Overall it was a great trip. Our hotel was close enough to all of our scheduled events.

I liked that the hotel was close to a lot, but not directly off of parkway. It was a little quieter but still close enough to all of the things we wanted to do.

Breakfast seemed lack luster. I also wish there were real cups instead of paper cups in the hotel rooms.

21 dec breakfast. Extremely busy and staff struggled to replenish some of the food items. 22 dec. We came down at 0620 to avoid the crowd as was at 0800 on 21st. One staff member only getting the items ready. Opened at about 0640.

We love coming here every year, just wish they would get more washers and dryers they inky have one that works and we stayed up til 4 am just to wash clothes

Need more washers and dryers so we don’t have to stay up all night to wash while waiting for others to finish

there were bugs in the room…..crawling in the bed, walls, carpet……the front desk told me they wouldn’t hurt anything the jacuzzi suite was crowded, television located in a chest in the way…..hard to see from the bed Breakfast was mediocre at the best

Great staff, room could be set up better.

The staff were amazing! I don’t remember his name but one of the front desk guys was always so nice, and I think his name was dean one of the maintenance people was very helpful!

The way it was explained to work the jacuzzi didn’t really make sense and neither did the location of how to actually turn it on with the knob being on the other side of the wall? Not to mention we had a light switch that did nothing as far as we knew. The room layout is not amazing but there isn’t much you can do with that.

Fantastic

Great staff, super friendly, hotel was super clean, both pools was clean and hot tub was clean and warm. Breakfast was great. You can walk to places from the hotel if you so desire. I will continue to come back to this hotel!

Very fun 2 night stay.

Breakfast was good. Staff was excellent. Room was very quiet, pool with slide was great, location was great, trundle bed was great for my son. Room size was good too.

Lamp shade in our room was stained and needed to be changed out.

Hope to stay next year, for the third straight year for the homeschooling conference.

Breakfast was very good. I would like to have oatmeal available every morning. It wasn't available when the main breakfast was sausage biscuits and gravy because the pot was used for gravy. Kitchen staff was great!

I would like the outside pool to be a little warmer, but I realize, that that may not even be possible.

Bed Bugs!!!

close to amenities

at first glance seemed like a great place for price. BUT BEWARE, we stayed in room 223 and the couch trundle bed has bed bugs, my son is covered in bites! also the breakfast was not appetizing. will not be staying here again in future.

Great and comfortable stay!

Everything from the staff to the room was great. Location is perfect for getting around and within walking distance to the Island.

There's nothing that I can think of that was out of place it wrong with the hotel.

The location was in the center of everything the hotel was very clean and staff was nice and helpful.

They should offer grits packets for breakfast if they just only have oatmeal.

The worst Marriott we have ever stayed in.

This is not a good representation of Marriott hotels. The staff was so rude. The room was dirty. (dirty toilet, shower, & hair on the bed) Had to clean our room ourselves.
