Nice hotel. GREAT staff....

The room was what I expected, clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was just so so. It was typical of a hotel breakfast. The staff that welcomed us was exceptional. Alexis, who was at the front desk, helped us a lot. One of the people in our party that was in a different vehicle, got lost and was in downtown Knoxville, Alexis got on her cell phone and helped us direct him to the hotel next to yours. She went above and beyond what was expected and she should be commended for it. I thanked her numerous times and I also mentioned it when I checked out.

Cannot think of anything...well, maybe the price. I thought it was a bit pricy for the hotel but it was expected.

it was so disgusting and I will NEVER stay again.

honestly nothing

it was DISGUSTING. There were BLOOD STAINS on the curtains and dripped down the side of the mattress. the shower had mold at the drain and had clearly not been cleaned in a very long time. there was nasty sticky stuff on the wall, and we saw multiple bugs in the room. horrible stay.

DONT STAY HERE! THEY DONT CLEAN THEIR ROOMS!!!

NOTHING!!!!!

The room was FILTHY!!! The whole building had a funky smell. The carpet throughout the whole place was sticky and dingy. It looked like there were blood stains on the walls going down the stairwell. The microwave had old tortillas sitting in it. There was water marks on the bathroom counter from 2 cups. Hair in the tub. Hair AND mildew in the corner of the shelves in the tub. The bathroom ceiling was covered in mildew. Breakfast choices were 3 muffins. 1 bagel and burnt coffee. It wasn't even 730 yet when we went down stairs.

Expensive for the poor service.

Location was very good . Breakfast was poor but at least something. Coffee was bad. Housekeeping personnel was very good

TV didn’t work. Elevator didn’t work. Staff was unfriendly.

Most convenient + helpful staff

The location is great, very convenient to expressway and lots of choices nearby for eating.

Microtel's that I stayed at before had yogurt for breakfast but couldn't find any at this one.

It was okay this time.

We enjoyed the breakfast for the kids

I usually love my stay here, but this time wasn’t so great. There was blood stains on the one of the bed skirts, the faucet on the bathtub was broken, and we had to wait for the hot water to heat up, it doesn’t seem like much to some, but when you have to fix a baby bottle for a crying baby it was stressful.
