My day was alright bounce back from the morning incident

The bed was super comfortable and they room was clean alot of towels

The guy at the front desk was rude got reemed on price due to my mistake in date. But the fact that my dog food got tossed out instead of going to the front office I thought strange asn that's it

It was OK. But I sure wish I could’ve taken a shower

Location is good. Room was fairly quiet

No hot water! Couldn’t take showers for a couple of days. Staff does not seem concerned

Rooms were as small as a closet, noisy, lights blaring in window , overcrowded, dirty.

Cockroaches and defective bathroom.

The front desk staff was courteous and helpful. The facility is in a great location.

I saw 2 cockroaches in my room the morning that we left. The barhtub was defective and wouldn't hold water. It also had brown stains around the rim.

It was ok and a little over priced.

It’s not too far from the highway and located in the middle of some decent places to eat. Close to several gas stations.

We stayed for 2 nights. The room was not cleaned during our stay. Some clean towels and empty garbage would have been nice.

Never coming here again!!!!!!!

The staff was nice. And the roon was cleand.

No shampoo nor conditoner, no coffe in the room. Also there where a man that had a room at the hotel and at the main entrance he was looking at every one that arrived asking for a cigarret, also his pants were half way down and looked like he was on drugs. And there was a woman the used her room for sex work!!!! We book just for one nigth due to a concert, we came back from the concert and the man is still there in the main entrance, we where so tired we just wanted a bed to sleep in. I dont feel safe, even put a shair by the door. As soon as we woke up we packed up and left. Next concert I will look for other places, I will never come back here.

This place isn’t perfect (what is) but the rooms were good; the beds, comfy; the location, great and the staff, excellen

I love the location, the beds are comfortable and every staff member I came in contact with was very nice. The two guys at the counter when I checked in were very polite and friendly. I had to grab an extra door card for my room the next day, the lady at the counter that time was way helpful. She even helped me later in the day as well with my door cards. She was very nice both times. The few employees I passed walking to and from my vehicle, very friendly and all of them smiling.

I stayed four nights. Housekeeping never came by, this can be good and bad. I did like not being disturbed but fresh towels after a couple of days could be good. As a suggestion give guests something to put on their door if they would like housekeeping to visit during their stay. I know some people don’t like being bothered and others welcome housekeeping to come in to switch out towels, collect garbage, etc.

At least it was relatively cheap.

Pros: The actual room was clean and has adequate space. I had a room with a microwave and fridge which was useful. Convenient location close by 101. Cheap rates.

Cons: I was visiting in late January, so the weather was cold, and the room was so cold. The walls were cold when I arrived, and the airconditioner unit just blew out only a faint heat. Could not get more heat out of it. Aircon fan was incredibly noisy even on low. On looking for how to turn the whole aircon unit off so I could sleep, I discovered that (in. my unit) there is a quarter inch gap between the wall and the aircon unit, right through to the outside. Not useful for temperature control. One very thin synthetic blanket on the bed. The outside of the hotel could do with a good clean. The front desk staff are not particularly helpful, or friendly. A hairdrier that you have to ask for at the front desk. Really?
