Horrible horrible and against the law for what they did to me

I was thinking that this was going to be a half decent place it definitely was not

The place is run down when I got there I went inside and I had already put in my comments for my booking that I was traveling with two service animals the lady at the front desk said well what kind of service animal are they and I told her what it was for she says well for that reason you don't need two animals only one so I'm charging you for one of your pets and then they charged me for a deposit which was not even on their website that they were doing that I go into my room and it was not what I wanted it was completely disgusting toilet was gross I was very excited to take a bath because I have very bad legs I would not even dare sit down in that tub and then I ended up not even having hot water as it was I am very very disappointed and I am irate about how they treated me regarding my service animals and for why I have them that is not for them to say that I should only have one pet instead of two none of their business plus it's against the law to do what they just did by charging me for one of my service animals I wanted to show her my papers that it they were legally serviced and she refused to even look at the papers I will definitely never stay there again and never recommend it

Horrible people skills!

A spot to sleep after work. Other than that horrible beds and service.

GM accused us of stealing towels. She's not a very friendly people person for her job title.

Easy to book room

When we arrived, we were told that they didn’t accept cats, despite their website showing they accepted pets. My cats are registered emotional support animals, but we still weren’t allowed to stay there.

Online listing is false

The rooms were suitable

Online listing includes pool and free breakfast, which were both false. Images shown online are outdated and the property is very run down and on the edge of town. Ice machine was broken.

Good price.., Nice room. Good stay!

No carpet in pet-friendly room! Our dog is a marker, and she did not mark once in our stay! Thank you for taking out the carpets, so pet smells are not stored in the room! Loved the piece of mind we experienced during our stay!

Area around the motel was smelly when we arrived - likely a livestock truck parked at the nearby gas station???? Was better in the morning!

Good

Lynn was extremely helpful during check in. She was very kind. The room was clean and presentable.

The only thing missing was a coffee pot. The area was creepy.

I thought I was going to get stuck there because of a sudden snow storm. I would have moved.

Light switches didn't work, TV didn't work until guy came up and moved some wires around. Buttons on the remote, some worked, some didn't. Decor very old. Door didn't seal very well, cold air coming in. Also next to a truck stop, so trucks running easily heard through the door that didn't seal well. I had to mess with controls on the wall heater for several minutes before I could get the heat to come on. The twin lights between the beds was not working properly, apparently turned on and off by unscrewing the bulbs to turn off. The opposite to turn on. Bed was not very comfortable.

I can not think of anything. Other than it was cheap.

I will never use your services again.

They told us if we give them a good rating they would give us our money back that we paid for the dog. There was no heat on in the room when we entered in freezing temperatures. There was a one inch gap under the door which we blocked with the two only clean bath towels available to us. No cups to use for drinking water or brushing teeth. We had to use an empty pop can. The wifi did not work, the safe did not open, someone knocked on our door at 2:30 in the the morning. We laid awake in fear most of the night. There was no one in the office until 8AM the following morning. Booking.com won’t allow me to lodge a complaint without a valid property ID on the hotel which they refused to give me when I called the hotel. I am angry with the hotel and Booking.com for allowing a customer to be put through this hellish experience.

Terrible experience!!

They were very rude, very unclean rooms, smoke alarm goes off all night, unwilling to make changes, all in all it was a terrible experience I would not recommend!

it was close to where we were headed.

the rooms smelled, water pressure is horrible, shower heads don’t work well, carpet smelled and was wet. bathroom smelled of mold and fan was extremely loud.
